Ramaphosa Clinic

This clinic has only two staff working the others are walking around doing nothing I'm in the clinic as we speak from 09: 10 till now I'm still sitting busy shifting from one sit to another and now they've taken lunch imagine that while we are hungry and our children are also hungry but all they do is walk around gossiping about some pregnant girl who came to the clinic without bathing. It's 13: 10 I'm still sitting my child is vomiting while coughing. There's a pregnant lady here who came for a date since the morning till now she's still sitting. Cleaners have started cleaning while we still sitting.
