20We ordered and they said 25 min. When we got there after 30min we still had to wait another 20min. No good
Customers are in that area are just racist and tellers offer bad service to black customers but its an ok place if you don't mind much.
The staff are pretty well organise inside, serving customers as we walk in and kindly asks that you wait in the car, the will call your order as it is completed. Food was good. Keep it up guys.
It was very nice I just bought pizza in and out and I am happy Covid19 restrictions were followed

Some days they have absolutely great pizza and other days it's almost stale. Overall pleasant staff and environment
Can get busy at the end of the month. But service is still of good quality. Food was awesome as usual.
I liked the way they made my order of fetaroni not too oily but normal, pizza pies number one my daughter recommend it also
Sick of receiving cold pizza, everytime all the staff cate about is taking your money. The pizzas pile up on the server and you wait until they decide they want to hand out your cold pizza. You complain and the staff laugh at you.
Online ordering is usually down at this branch.

What is the use of placing an online order if you still have to stand in the queue for 25 minutes? On top of that the order was still raw!

You can't call to place an order, be told over the phone your order will be ready in 30mins only to wait another 40mins when you get there. That's atrocious. Get your act together honestly. You are selling us dreams with this order and collect system because we order and still wait, what's the point of calling? It's pathetic. Last month same thing, my colleague and I called to place an order, we were told it will be ready in 20mins only to get there and wait another +30mins. Your service is lacking and no remorse from Sam or whoever he is in the kitchen preparing
It's the best pizza place, in taste, price and service they are the best and my kids loves Roman Pizza. Great job guys keep it up.
Food is good but the prices has gone up. No more two pizzas in 1 box deal and the double deal is on special only until 15H00 Mon-Fri. Price comparison here is a good option in my opinion.
Ordered here many times before with no issues, but last night the pizza's gave my family food poisoning, my daughter started vomiting soon after consumption and the adults had upset stomachs for the rest of the evening. Now being a reasonable person I understand that the store might have been supplied meat that went off, and we just wanted to be reasonably compensated. We returned to the store the next day with half the pizza left that we were planning to consume that day, to have the entire order remade with something else or just be refunded, but the owner Fiona just blatantly refused and insisted they just remake whats left. After a hell of a fight we lost all trust with this store and we just wanted our money back, which again was refused. So i don't know - we were sold bad pizza's, even the pieces that went down (and up) our throats. Isn't customer satisfaction paramount? The sale of meat that likely went bad a serious health and safety issue? Would you not go above and beyond to make up for it rather that just being completely dismissive? We will be making contact with the franchise brand office on Monday hoping to get some direction.
Our local stop of all the restaurants there, the pizzas are great and don't take more than 15min to serve, 20min when busy. Kids love it there too so it's a no brainer for us as parents
Was not chuffed about the 30 mins spent waiting for our order, even though there was no queue. In the 20 mins that we were waiting, no order was called for collection.
The worst Roman's pizza I have ever had the displeasure to shop at. I would give it a minus 10.
The staff is slow, unresponsive. My order was never prepared after sitting and waiting more than 40 min. The manager told me as I left I had attitude and when my husband returned a few seconds later the staff was laughing at me. I suggest the owner ask them about order number #162 between 8pm and 9pm on 27 Jan 2020. Invoice no 767502
