Very nice shop. Good staff and friendly.
Prices are over the top on certain products.
The products are quality.
Definitely worth the visit

Went to get ammo, the lady's at the tills where very rude as if they where doing you a favour. The shop is fantastic other wise

Juan and the store manager resolved an issue with a product that I had purchased, while other salesmen at the store said nothing can be done, since the product was not in original condition.
Safari Outdoor upheld their customer service standards and I recommend purchasing from them over other hunting and outdoor stores.

What an amazing store. You must go in to experience it. Has a coffee shop inside. Don't let the outside of the store fool you into not experiencing this immaculate store. Friendly staff.

Beautiful. Clean. A lot of different things in the store to buy. People who love hunting and shooting and love fishing this shop is for u. It's a little expensive but good quality. Staff is very friendly and ready to help when you need it.

I only went there to first apply for my vehicle license and then to collect it. At first I was very impressed with their security (double gates at entry and exit points & you had to sign a register - presumably for covid? Sanitation was insisted on and sanitizer provided. Security staff was exceptionally friendly! Thanks guys!) Then I got to the payments counter. NOT 1 of the 3 employees were wearing their face masks and were chatting away with such vigour that I could actually see the droplets of spittle flying! I then requested my attendee to put on her mask.
You may by young and feel invincible, but please go educate yourselves on the fact that you wear it for the protection of OTHERS, not yourselves. You may not get covid, but please show some respect for customers who have 2 comorbidities and actually had to scrape together some guts to leave her house for a necessity, will you?
Sadly it was exactly the same situation when I went back to fetch my license renewal a few days later. Again I had to ask (another) attendee to put on their face mask. This tells me that the problem lies with management who is not doing enough to educate their staff and change the staff culture.
We are avid camping and outdoor people, but I would definitely not buy from them purely due to their seemingly blatant ignorance. Sorry. The rediculous R166.75 I paid extra for my license renewal to avoid the licensing offices was a waste of money - NO peace of mind received for my payment.

Everything you ever wanted is catered for, with knowledgeable staff and service with a smile. This is the go to store for all your hunting and gesr requirements

Mostly likely to contract Covid when you visit this store. None of the employees were wearing masks, not even the manager, and the shop had quite a few customers visiting. When i urged two woman employees to wear their masks, one claimed that she was pregnant and did not have to? The other said she doesn't have Covid and also didn't have to? So disgusted in how this place is run.

Stella Jooste went the extra mile and got me shoe laces in a box in a storeroom. Arranged for me to get them for free as they were not stock. She was brilliant. Great attitude.

I loved this place and would give it 10 stars if I could. I bought a Byrna gas pistol for self-defense.

. This particular branch has surprised me on more than one occasion. Their excellent team is always more than willing to assist and in general, the store is well stocked.

Terrible service we came here for license renewal and they said it would take 2-3 days then they would get back to us. It has been 3 weeks now and the request has still not been processed. I would rather go to home affairs than coming here. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Please make sure you cater for holidays. Your cashiers are very slow. I saw three people leave the shop because of that. The manager walked around but did not do anything about it.
Not giving one star because I got a free boerie roll because it is father's day.

Has it all, awesome collection of goods for the outdoor person. Good prices as well. Took many pics there but sadly I was told not to post them! It would have done them a huge favour, Oh well.

Great service! Excellent, friendly&helpfull staff! I know nothing about guns but when I went in with an enquiry they went out of their way to assist! Have been to the shop about 4 times, &they still remember my face & treat me as if its my first time walking in! Well done to them & keep up the great work!

Most friendly staff you could ever want, extremely clean and the shop always smells nice has an on site coffee shop aswell

Highest level of incompetence! I have renewed my wife's license disc and I have been sent sms to collect, every time I went to collect there new stories from penalties to we forgot to update on the system. I am really disappointed of your service. You don't deserve a single star!
