I really not happy about the about the service i have received from sumsang South Africa, i bought a samsung device from tfg i used it for 19 months, i then started to experience problems with the vibration system as i was updating the devise software.

I just want to commend Thulani Mswane, the Sales Consultant for his outstanding service and going beyond the extra mile in ensuring we were happy and able to use our TV and phone on the completion of the sale. (not forgetting the supporting staff and manager.) He and the staff had the utmost patience with us, being an elderly couple and rather challenged when it comes to all these modern devices and how to use them. Wow! He was amazing.
Thulani's product knowledge is superb. He is a rare gem representing your company. Wishing him all the best with his future with the company.

Pathetic service. Bought a 85inch tv Remote keeps giving problems. Samsung so useless to help. Cant use the tv. Wating for service dept for 2 weeks now. Dont buy samsung. No back up service.

Service received and still receiving is poor. Mean while my warranty is still valid. Technicians send to my house more than three times but the problem is still not resolved.
My calls are constantly dropped.
Treatment not good at all.

Purchased a washing machine from Samsung online on the 14th December 2022, it arrived damaged and was reported so on the same day. We were told that it would only be collected the following Friday and that a refund can only take place some weeks later. It has now been a month. To this date we have e-mailed several times and called asking when and where a courier will be sent to collect this machine and we are getting no response. Calling customer service is a waste of time as you can barely understand what the consultant is saying. This is truly the worst customer service experience we ever expected from such a big company. I doubt that Samsung will even respond to this review. Another big corporate company forgetting the value of what a good review could have done.

I am still waiting for my galaxy buds. It's been over 2 years now. Processes were followed and eventually I was promised after 1 year that it would be sent. Since then no communication. My emails are ignored. Very disappointing.

Purchased a z fold4 they had a promo running to redeem download members app enter the info get a ref nr now been 3weeks now and still no call or anything so the R2000 voucher will most likely never happen so all their promos should be taken with not a grain of salt more like a ton of salt

Did a Trade-in deal on a S22 with a "guaranteed" trade-in offer of R10k. It has been 6 weeks and I just received another email stating payment is delayed. Trade-in device has been with Samsung for more than a month. Did Samsung run out of money? !

My Samsung 55" TV was purchased mid-November last year, 2021. In June, 7 months later, the remote and the TV weren't communicating.

(No one would believe me that it was the remote. I'm a woman, what do women know?)

Hirsch's took up the matter with Samsung. It took Samsung 2 and a half weeks to get to me. The serviceman, Armand, told me that nothing was wrong. He implied I didn't know how to use the remote by saying it was not user friendly and that I should find the old remote from my previous TV and use that one rather.

The problem persisted and I reported it again this time directly to Samsung. They referred me to another agent and the service was faster, within the week.

The person at Samsung who took my call said he'd stay in touch until the matter was resolved. He hasn't.

On Monday this week, the "new" service people arrived with a part which they were going to replace. They hadn't inspected the TV yet! When queried, he said they were going according to my description of the situation. Fortunately for me, while he had the remote in his hand, it started to do weird things to the TV.   Concensus changed and the remote was assigned as the reason for the problem. He said one would be ordered for me to be delivered in a day or two.

Then the Admin of this agency told me by Whatsapp that I'd have to pay R900 odd for it!   And disappeared off the scene. I had to follow up yesterday to ask where it was.   Oh, do you want it was the gist of the reply!

"[08/17,14: 09] Allison: Good day. What news do you have for me regarding the remote ordered for me? Please advise. "

"[08/17,16: 54] DTV ADMIN, Samsung.: Good day Alison, I advised you of the remote Price, Please be advise that if you would like to proceed with the purchase - We do have one remote in stock, alternatively it will need to be ordered. "

Note the last sentence.   Do you they have one or don't they?

This person is Nikitta and there is an earlier incident, on Monday 15 August, with the quality of his/her communication with me around the time of the appointment made with me by his/her counterpart on Saturday. It was noncommittal, impersonal and I couldn't get a straight answer. I have asked for this person's senior's contact details and I'll take up the matter with them.

I purchased a Samsung cooker and when it arrived it was defective. I notified Samsung and they said they will send out a technician to resolve the issue.ot took 3 months for the tech to come through to inspect the unit and since then I have had now communication from Samsung. I was promised a callback but clearly communication isn't one of Samsungs strong points! I've heard great things about LG, though so next time they can have my money!

Not happy with Samsung customer service. I purchased a phone and was suppose to receive a free set of earphones in April. Customers service is terrible, they keep blaming the courier but never call me back. I have sent email after email and still get no response.

I bought samsung cell phone S21fe with a promotion to receive a tablet. I've followed all step by step procedure on how to claim and received confirmation and reference number. I called samsung customer more than 10 time to ensure about but this one young male persons is forever promising that that tablet will delivered to date nothing. I've spoken to more than 4 staff members but no assistance

Bought a signature series product!
No after sales service, after 2 years of reporting the product having an issue I got hold of a senior person at Samsung who said that they basically could do nothing. If I buy a new product they could give me R1500 discount.

Been a loyal Samsung supporter since the first S. Never ever had any problems with any of my devices and just added the S7 Tablet to my collection today. Very excited to use it.

I'm so tired of hearing about Samsungs trade in deal on a new S21 Samsung Galaxy phone. We are being sent up and down, and even stores supporting the product does not even know about this. I'm really disappointed about this. Such a shame that there's no backup to and good communication from a world renowned company such as Samsung. Maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere.

Samsung Scam on free so called gifts

Not upholding their side to the false advertising and under performance and under delivery

Been calling them non stop with empty promises the whole time and non existent service levels. To deliver my items as promised by them with pathetic excuses #? And lies by the whole team who doesn't know what to do every day for more than 15 days and they are in breach of contract and still no delivery of my items!
