I am a frequent visitor to Spur in Sandton, South Africa, and each visit reaffirms why it's one of my favourite places to dine. The restaurant consistently delivers a delightful dining experience.

The menu at Spur is diverse and appealing, but what truly sets them apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. On the occasion that an error is made with an order, the staff are quick to resolve the issue. They handle such situations with utmost professionalism and grace, ensuring that the dining experience remains positive.

One of the highlights of dining at Spur is the welcoming and family-friendly environment. The play area is a fantastic feature that keeps the little ones entertained, allowing adults to enjoy their meal in peace.

Moreover, as a Muslim patron, I deeply appreciate the availability of a Salaah facility. It's a considerate provision that caters to the needs of the Muslim community and makes dining at Spur even more convenient. Just be aware that the facility is one room, so when ladies are reading, Men are often waiting outside and vice versa.

My recent visit to San Antonio Spur in Sandton City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly delightful afternoon.

The waitresses, Bongie and Tshifhiwe who attended to our table were absolute gems. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction truly made a difference.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the staff's exceptional handling of my children during our visit. They displayed remarkable patience and warmth towards my little ones, making them feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the meal. The waitresses took the time to engage with my children, offering them coloring activities and ensuring their meals were served promptly. The attentive and child-friendly service added an extra level of enjoyment to our dining experience, making it a truly family-friendly establishment. Kudos to the staff at San Antonio Spur for their outstanding care and attention towards children!

The service was bad. They brought the wrong order. The servings are smaller that the other spur restaurant I've visited

Best Halal Spur in SA. Food is great and the owner is very friendly and hospitable. We’ve never had a problem with our food. Although sometimes, especially when it’s busy the waiters can be a bit preoccupied.

Waiters have no sense of punctuality. My food took 1 hour to arrive and we were refused the bill by the manager

The ribs are not the same.they are not as nice as they used to be back in the days.sauce made them a little enjoyable.i will have to go back to Steers ribs

I was disappointed when the Peter place and bowling spurs shut down over a year ago. So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered that a spur had just opened up in sandton city on the movie level. On visiting this branch I discovered that it was halaal. So if you are not worried about no alcohol then the venue will suit you. This Spur provides the same good value food which all Spurs supply. The play area for the kids is small, but compact with fun activites. The childminder is very good with the kids. She doesn't let the younger kids leave the play area unless a parent is around. She knew exactly who my kids were and could point them out to me when I couldn't immediately see where my youngest child was in the play area.

Great service and atmosphere, situated on the ground floor near the movies in sandston city food is also very tasty one of the better Spur ranches out here. Staff and management very friendly.

Great Halaal food. Friendly staff. Muslim prayer facilities available. Located in the bustling Rosebank mall. Interior is beginning to look a little dated.

Eat here often and the food quality appears to be gradually getting worse over time. Whilst it is not easy to establish consistency with meals, the amount of fat on their steak is getting worse and worse.

There is also a shortage of waiters. Had to wait for an extremely long time to get a waiters attention, specifically on weekends when they appear to be busiest.

The nachos were incredible! Had a toasted chicken and mayo sandwich that was okay but forgettable. Great service and fast food.

Was totally chaffed with the chicken strips. Definately not on menus of other Spur branches. This is a Halal Spur so no alcohol. They have great drinks to substitute though. Love where the store is situated and much more quiet area to enjoy your meal. Service was really good.

Food is terrible, everything was overcooked to the point of biltong. Not to mention tasteless. No alcohol is served either, which kinda ruins the experience. Give this one a miss. There are much better restaurants in Sandton City and much better Spurs elsewhere in Jhb

No beef! One understands that as South Africa we need to integrate and take into consideration other cultures but I don't see it as fit to exclude others. Lamb is an acquired taste that not everyone enjoys and is too fatty. Staff was good and welcoming though.

Located in the ground floor of the famous Sandton City Mall, San Antonio Spur Steak House is a great place to taste the real taste of different types of stakes! The most important point about this resturant is that you can find Halal foods here too; I personally enjoyed the steak and had great times with freinds; there is WC as well as prayer rooms for muslim in this resturant. I truly appreciat the kind behaviour of staff towards the customers.
