I absolutely love Dr Shams and the team at Sanridge Medical Centre! The doctors are so very knowledgeable and caring. My kids adore Dr Goldberg - she’s walked the journey of childhood sicknesses with us with so much expertise and empathy. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

I don’t even know why they keep the two receptionists. So many complaints about them. They are rude and could not even be bothered to do their jobs well. Horrible and unprofessional service from the receptionists. 100% would not recommend.

I just want to say thank you Doc Shams and Doc Golberg. I was out of the country when my daughter and I got Covid. You called us often, checked on us made sure we were doing OK and that was just wow, I have no words. Thank for being there for us in our difficult times. You Doctors Rock!

My Fiance was there for an appointment today at 9: 45 with Dr Moyo. She went into the room, the doctor was on a call, did not ask any questions wrote a script and was told the consult is done. This is extremely unprofessional, the Doctor has an obligation to hear a patient and know what they are treating before diagnosing. This doctor should be disallowed to treat any person if this level of professionalism is conducted with Patients.

What is the point in calling to book for an appointment when you arrive you have to still wait in line.

Went to see a Dentist today, it was hardly 5 minutes i spent with the dentist, they did not do a good job and left me looking dirty with colgate all over my face.

The Indian dentist at this centre is the worst with her assistant. The customer service skill is lacking, they don’t greet, they washed my teeth as if it was a forced favour.

Owing to the current state of the pandemic, I walked into this medical center extremely nervous! To my surprise, I was met with extremely friendly and welcoming admin staff in a very spacious and sanitary environment. They were reassuring and professional.

I have now visited twice, being attended to by both Dr Shams and Dr Goldberg. I would honestly recommend visiting them for excellent medical care. The manner in which they conduct the consult as well as make recommendations and give medical advice is comprehensive yet concise. Exactly what I needed.

Dr Shams and Dr Goldberg have both been friendly and very competent. I would recommend either as trustworthy professionals.

Time management is terrible here. If you are in rush or expect your appointment time to be upheld. Don't come here. Save yourself time and patience.

Receptionists are positively clueless. No customer service experience or satisfaction.

Started seeing Dr Mariam Sham when my lo spiked a fever overnight last year. Her professionalism and concern over my daughter was overwhelming. She also personally followed up directly with my daughter (to her delight) on how she was feeling a few days later.

Earlier this year my teenage son was very sick with a respiratory infection after he barely started school and once again Dr Sham to the rescue. She saw him every few days to make sure his chest was clear and even did xrays to make sure.

Dr Goldberg and Dr Shams are brilliant. They put their client satisfaction and happiness at the forefront of everything that they do. I always leave their Practice feeling well informed and assisted. I always go here for anything health related.
The minimum waiting time is about 30 minutes, even if you have made a booking.

Terribly rude receptionist and unprofessional behaviour medical staff. I waited after having an appointment while the receptionist sat on personal calls. Will never go back to this place!

Doctors were amazing. The only reason I keep going back.
Receptionist need to be more professional and understand that they're dealing with patients. Communication between the lab and receptionist and then to myself and the doctor was horrible. Time management is also very bad. If I get an appointment for 5 o'clock, and I get there 10min earlier, I expect to go in at 5 o'clock not 20 minutes later.

I've only had wonderful interactions with Dr Goldberg. She really takes the time to understand the problem and obviously has the expertise to manage it. She is a very talented young doctor who cares for people. Highly recommended!
