Worst service. Went with mother for a dental check up. Dr. Kekana recommended the tooth to be removed & other needed filling, which he did. But my mom was still in pain went back 4 times and still the pain did not stop. Later went to another dentist who realised that your dentist left a chip of her tooth in and stitched it and the filled tooth had cavities and was full of pass. So disappointed to think we wasted time & money in this difficult economy on an incompetent dentist.

I frequently visit Dr. Peer’s dental clinic, and I must say it is always a fantastic experience. From the moment I walk in, the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Dr. Peer herself is highly professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the procedures and address any concerns I have. The dental work is often painless and efficient, which I greatly appreciate.

The clinic's equipment is modern and well-maintained, ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety. I always leave the clinic with a brighter smile and a sense of confidence in my oral health.

Overall, I would highly recommend Sandton Dental Clinic to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

I have been going this practice for a while now and it was great. However I scheduled and appointment late last year and was left waiting for 45 minutes. None of the admin staff even bothered to provide a time frame or give you an update. I left the office upset, it's ridiculous to expect a patient to wait with zero communication from the staff as to the delay.

Willing to give them another chance I booked an appointment months later and experienced the exact same thing, I was left waiting for 30 minutes with no updates. Just sitting there in the waiting room with no idea of when you will be seen or how long it would take. Extremly disappointing and frustrating.

A patient also has other commitments, and expecting them to wait with no communication is terrible customer service. Making an appointment is pointless in this case. Such a waste of time and money.

I cannot stop singing Dr A Peers and team praises - from the moment I enter the surgery to the date of my last check up the team has been so friendly, kind and caring - they give special attention to each and every patient entering their surgery - Dr A Peer is an amazing dentist - she is so gentle with her checks up and makes u feel safe (I am one of those ppl who hates injections) - also on point with her advise - thank you Dr peer and team - will definitely visit again

Dr. Kekana is the very best.
He is gentle, patient and very intellectual.
Dr. Kekana is the only dentist my son will allow working on his teeth.

Great Dentist- Cannot complain regarding that however, billing and invoicing is the problem! Costs magically appear, claims are not made with the medical aid and no matter how many times I have called asking for the correct bill, I get calls, emails, sms's and whatspps weekly to pay a bill that is incorrect and inflated! I have asked numerous times for the correct bill but opposed to fixing it, I get calls to pay a bill I was never aware off!

Professional, Friendly and attentive to Customers. We brainstorm together and high customer satisfaction. When I am in Joburg, I have a dental home.

Excellent service from front desk receptionist Charlotte to Dr Peer. Doctor took her time during consultation, answered all my questions and concerns. A rare find in these days and I knew then, that I was in professional hands.

Had 2 consultations with the dental clinic and on both occasions got the best treatment from the reception to the consultation room. My first visit was a check up and the second visit was an extraction which was smooth with no complications

I was so impressed with the warm welcome I received from the receptionist, the dentist and her assistant were so professional, firstly I told them that I’m scared of needles and taking out the wisdom tooth it was a nightmare for me they made me feel at ease, everything went well - I highly recommend them to my friends and family

Hi would like to thank the friendly staff and especially Dr Peer for the professional and personal attention I received when I was forced to have some, I call it emergency work as I hate pain in my head region, done as I lost a filling, ive only realy dealt with one dentist since 1990 and trust him completely.me being from Cape Town was unsure of the service and attention I would receive, but that was premature, even tho it was late afternoon and knowing that they close at 5pm, Dr Peer managed sought me out, its love and appreciation, and advise anyone irrespective of what fears u may have give Santon Dental clinic a call and ask for Dr Peer her gentle nature and disposition would set u at ease, once again thank u Dr Peer & ur team beautiful experience
