Ordered pap and hard body. One of the plates came with dust, couldn't eat from it. The hard body had no salt and the pap was more like porridge than pap. Please improve your services.

Very chilling place to be and on it's unique style of delicious food, every Monday traditional buffet served with cheapest costs.

The owner with the dreadlocks was very rude and doesn't know and understand the term customer service. The waiters took forever to bring our orders from the bar/kitchen.
Both the owner and his employees are not trustworthy in my opinion because one cannot receive a straight forward answer regarding topics about the establishment.
This was my first and last experience at this place but I honestly feel that if you want good service and friendly staff/management do not waste your time on setting this place on your GPS as a new find it is not worth it.

Service a tad on the slow side despite only a few tables occupied, however always an enjoyable spot to chil at.

This place is like your own private corner where you can retreat and connect with yourself and others.

Great food to enjoy. With a glass of wine in hand, you will find yourself making enjoyable memories.

The most chilled club I have been to, the music is awesome and I'd definitely go again and again.

No menu! We went there specially and when we found out ownership had changed and they weren't planning on providing menus we lost interest and left

Was there for an event. Was actually modeling at the venue. After showcasing African attire.we placed an order of platters. They took over an hour to be ready. When they finally brought the food, the chips were extremely dry. Food was also cold. It was a terrible service. When we got there the table was already set & ready, however food prep took too long. Should have been a great time, but our manager had to take all the models to another restaurant to eat.have heard good remarks about the place, but u unfortunately I was completely disappointed with the experience when I was there.

It's good for small functions, decor is beautiful or just for dining as well as a chilled night out because it has cool djs coming

Good food, great deep house music and a mature setting. If you mature and are looking for a nice place to relax with good company of friends and music, then Shaguma is the place to be.
