Sheraton Pretoria Hotel

The place gives old money rich vibes. Very beautiful, historic with nice food and conferencing facilities.

Stuff is very responsive and helpful.very comfortable and the ambience is so wonderful. Building structure is so amazing.

One can see the Sherston used to be a top class event altought attention to detail and maintenance can be improved upon. Great view at the rooftop overlooking the Union Buildings and Pretoria City. Food seems great and there was a lovely vibe. Will go again if invited.

Classic elegance, friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities are beyond adequate, but slightly short of luxurious. Over-all very pleasant place to spend your stay in Pretoria. BTW, the buffet dinners are not only tasty, but a bargain as well.

A classy hotel in Pretoria frequented by dignitaries, with lots of meeting and conference rooms, and accommodation. It is a stone throw from the majestic Union Buildings, the seat of government administraion in thd Capital, Pretoria.

Quiet. Dropped in for a meeting, very unassuming and easy to find, get in and out of, without going through the city centre. Will def be using it more often.

Food is excellent, service worldclass, spaces well-cared for, staff brilliant and extraordinary. View outside entrance to Madiba statue and Union Buildings. Located in quieter part of the city. Loved it.

Lovely views across to the union buildings Friendly well trained staff. The buffet lunch options were limited to gammon and chicken stew.

Not service oriented. Room was OK, lobby is nice, but:
- no towels in room
- gym receptionist clipping her toenails at work
- rude staff throughout
- no mayonnaise in the hotel (apparently)
- the list goes on.

A really classy Hotel, even after many years, it still keeps its charm, neat and well maintained, and well managed. Food and conference venues still very good. I still rate it as one of the next hotels in the Pretoria, well worth a visit, be it for private or corporate events.

Sheraton is aging and it shows inside. Maybe a revamp is on. But still a good hotel and conference venue.

Never ben inside, but I love the aesthetic, location and proximity to the Union Building. Prime Pretoria Location.

Love this hotel. Always go back and stay there even if My appointments are in Johannesburg.
Staff is friendly, food is good. Rooms are amazing, bed is fantastic and pillows follow. Every bedding piece is hipoallergenic sono sneezing even if I stay on à smoking room. The central air conditioning is amazing and the room never smells like cigarettes

Great food and great service. The staff members are ready to listen to correction and please guests.

Wat een belevenis. Het was daar onwaarschijnlijk mooi. De suite was fantastisch en de service was SUPER!
In de lounge was de gehele dag van alles aanwezig en het personeel was daar erg attent.
Het ontbijt was erg goed.

Amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A nice swimming pool for everyone. A lovely spa for any treatment, beauty salon and a gym for those who want to get fit! I loved the room! VERY GRAND. The hotel also has a fancy restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lunch was disappointing with the fish starters were not tasty. The salmon was not at all the usual quality. The one big fish was dry. The other meals were tasty. This is oxtail and mutton. The deserts were disappointing. No fresh fruit. Very ordinary cake. Not 5 star quality.

The service is awesome. The rooms are well maintained and so beautiful. I can't wait to be there again

Friendly and efficient service and staff. Buffet has a great (and very tasty) selection of meat and vegetables and mouth-watering decadent deserts. A little expensive but worth it.

The hotel is nice, well kept and most of the staff helpful. There were a few small issues, but overall the stay was great.
