5I met a rude female cashier with short hair, when I'm thinking of going to shoprite Arcadia I just feel lazy and annoyed.
Bad experience lady took cheese from the Fridge that had a price tag then at the counter was told to the price is wrong the is a very rude lady named Sphoie / Sophy R who was a controller or manager who is rude and said I was a lier after she noticed I was telling the truth she started laughing at me and said they will weigh. Very poor customer service, the cashiers are very rude.one cashier was giving me an attitude because I asked her for cashback. I proceeded beg her to ask her colleagues, to help me if one of them has enough money to give me she ignored me.shoprite must cancel cashbacks if this is the attitude we have to deal with
Some products not always fresh, but it seems like all the Shoprite's do have the same client service. Because Shoprite Gezina don't have the specials till the day the special expire then they have it. Then you pay like double the price. And Shoprite Gezina says the reason for not having the specials is because the wearhouse didn't deliver there orders of stock in time. So Shoprite Gezina don't even deserve a 1star.
I will be very sorry to say this, back in 2018, one of the staff stole my bag and my passport

I have a complaints solved in more than one week because they thought I was not saying the truth
Fortunately the CCtv got me and I could freely go
