20Vehicle parking is always an issue that municipality together with businesses they need to look into but the retail is a convenient store
Poor customer service. They said they dont have cash in the tills and send me to, queue back in another line for cash back
They always have good specials and they are always well stocked. The only thing I recommend to shoprite is to train their staff about customer service and to be polite, a smile goes a long way.

Good, clean Store, but the Surroundings are not safe.the street is Located at is always Busy. When around you need to observe every Situation. They may also be Peak pocketed if you not Careful enough around that Always busy Street.
The que was long, cashiers are very slow. The store needs to be properly managed because it's very busy in the afternoon.

I don't like how the trolley guys make you pay for taking a trolley outside when it's free at other shoprite stores

Long queues with only 5 tellers opened. Especially on a month end week. Disappointed at fruits and vegetables department were there were no staff to assist in pricing
They got me the best deal on braai stands n found me the last one. Very patient n willing to serve.
Staff members are very unprofessional and rude, their customer service is on 0 and they don't have sense of urgency at all.

It is easily accessible, yet the street is extremely busy and filled with taxis.also the store is extremely busy and almost always super full.
