9Although this Shoprite is big and has a wide variety of products at very good prices, do not think you can go there for a quick shop. This place is extremely busy most of the time except in the mornings. Other than that, make yourself ready to stand in long rows.
This liquorshop is nonsense there is always one person working at the till and you have to wait for 30 minutes to pay and also the till staff serves their friends even though they are not on the queue
The worst service ever. I grew up coming to this ShopRite but the service has never been great but lately is worse. Slow Ques and the staff never knows anything about the services offered. The people who stand on Ques to buy anything there really have no choice because that kind is service is unacceptable. The staff clearly needs training. I get why the shop keeps getting smaller.
Disappointing service, appalling really. I had to drop my basket with everything in it and left!
All the basics that you need you can get them there. It can get crowded because it's within the CBD of Pretoria/Tshwane.
The chicken sold in trays especially one that is spiced is rotten. Yes we're poor but do not sell us rubbish!
The shop is clean.
The staff is friendly.
The prices are reasonably fair.
The fruits and vegetables are super fresh.
The X-Saving promo makes our live easier.
The securities are not a nightmare-humanity is galore.
However the shop only opened an hour late, but I think it's probably something important that caused the hold up, I still remain the happy customer.
I am so impressed with the service you give to our Senior Citizens (SASSA).
1. Staff members always make sure that there are chairs available for our elders to sit while they are waiting for the store to open
2. Your store opens at 06: 30 to accommodate them and to avoid long ques.
3. Your staff members are always available to help the elderly and those who are physically challenged.
Keep up the good work Shoprite!
