Simply Asia Brooklyn Mall

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Not one of our dishes tasted similar. It was fresh and delicious. It took a bit longer, but I would gladly wait for proper food than have a rushed order that isn't pleasant to eat

I was served with a broken glass, the sushi was great, i really love their kick box but the waiter serving us was very unpleasant which made the whole experience bad.

I go there every now and then; the food is pretty good with more than enough varieties, and it is easy to find as it has many branches. Once, I came with friends, and one was ordering some noodles. When his food came, he found that there was a chip (which is very visible) in his bowl. So he complained about that and asked the waiter to change to a new bowl. The waiter brought back the noodles to the kitchen and came with a new bowl (this time it still had a little chip on it).

My friend was saying to the waiter that these kinds of bowls shouldn't be served to the customer.

Anyway, again, the waiter brought back the noodles to the kitchen. And a few minutes later, I saw the waiter get out of the restaurant. After a while, I saw him come back with sets of new bowls. It was a good gesture, I must say!

Food got cold too quickly, the taste of the food was not what I was expecting, service was not great cause of the time taken to receive our order.

The service was quick and the wait staff is lovely. Unfortunately, this is without exaggeration the worst sushi I have ever had.

I can’t attest to the quality of their other food, but do not have the sushi. It is truly terrible.

Used to be very good. Today the service was bad we waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee. The food took even longer and when we got it the cabbage was tasting like it's going off. The food used to be better.

One of our regular spots, great food. Recently excellent quality. Polite staff and good service. Could do with air conditioning, but other clean and comfortable.

We have been to Simply Asia a few times but this time around they were just not it. We sat and ordered and waited for 40 mins and only then the waiter said they are understaffed and we should be understanding. We said okay and he said it would be out soon. After an hour we decided to leave and the waiter said its ready and only one dish remaining. Not sure why the starters were not served. The food was terrible when it arrived. It was cold and dry. The chicken dishes had just a few pieces of sad chicken. The dim sum was super super dry with what looked like freezer burn. Disgusting, I could not stomach it. Definitely no manager in sight, waiters not concerned to inform or consol the waiting customers. All the customers were very upset and they kept accepting new orders from Uber and mr.delivery as well as dine in without informing them that the wait time would be about an hour +. I could not even take pictures because the food was unappetising. Would like some manager to contact me about this experience.

Ordered the 522 and the meal was so delicious.the staff is so friendly I highly recommend this place

FOOD TAKES HOURS.was seated at 19: 00 and food came only after an hour. Please get more kitchen staff and better waiters

I have only tried the sweet soya noodles, but you won't make a mistake ordering this. Best Asian bowl i have ever tasted.

Got COVID, so I decided to get Tom Yum soup to help, now I have COVID and food poisoning…. Few months back my mom also got sick from the simply Asia in Brooklyn Mall… so unfortunate!

I have had very bad service at this branch several times. Very bad attitude and poor customer service from especially male staff.

The rudest manager and slowest service in Pretoria. At least the chefs are okay. #eggshell in my ramen

Waited very long for the food to be served and once it was ready, the chicken was almost completely raw.

We enjoyed it very much just giving a 4 star review because the beef for the Ramen tasted like it was pre-boiled so didn't have any of the broths flavor maybe put it on the grill to give it some colour and flavor then I'm sure it will be a 10 out 10 for now its 8 for me

Food took about an hour to come and then some had finished their food before the rest of us were served. Food is good but quantities small. Nice atmoshere. We enjoyed our visit there

The food was very nice, but Iv been wondering wats happening with some of your outlets (The Grove Mall & Menlyn Maine) I'v been to Brooklyn service was very bad & I think your restaurant needs an upgrade

Phoned for collection, said it will take 30 to 35 minutes, waited another 30 minutes after arrival.a lot of customers standing there, not happy!
