I was skeptical and a bit anxious as I wasn't sure of what to expect with my new therapist, I must say Rochelle you were fantastic. I enjoyed the treatment and thank you for being so gentle. Definitely looking forward to my next treatment.

I sadly can not recommend Skin Renewal nor Dr Janene. The treatment plan recommended over R11,000 of products before beginning treatment. I tried to schedule an azelic peel which was my first treatment recommendation. I was told by Erisca that it would not be safe. I have previously had stronger peels with no issue. I was very uncomfortable with their sales approach. I went to see Dr Lanie and had a great experience. If you are willing to do exactly as the treatment team wants with no concern for cost than Skin Renewal might be ok for you.

I had such a wonderful experience, everyone was very friendly and Erisca made sure my booking experience went smoothly and made us feel so welcome once we arrived at the clinic. Dr. Janene was amazing and I'm so happy with my results. I will definitely be going there again when I'm in country.

Rochelle is wonderful! She is so professional and has a lovely way to make one feel pampered and relaxed. See you next month Rochelle!
