3We bought a bed for our daughter and her husband yesterday, Sunday 16 July, from Sleepmasters. Tsepho, the store manager, was very helpful and patient. He offered to have the bed delivered after the store closed and he would come through personally to ensure the bed was correctly assembled. True to his word, he arrived with the bed after the store closed at 2pm. Not sure many others would give up on their Sunday afternoon to ensure good customer service. Thank you very much, Tsepho. The kids slept very well!
Awesome customer service but the technology they are using is ancient (like from 1997) and they should start investing in this asap. It's a long wait to open an account which if you are in a rush to complete, you will be disappointed cause it will take about an hour to complete your application
