5 days of applying for credit wasted my petrol everyday going there for nothing, somedays i was told whoever needs to open the system is not available. 30mins drives! They don't explain everything that's needed to be done. My finger prints and pay slips weren't captured correctly had to go back again. They NEED training! She can't communicate, we get surprises everytime we there
