4Worst service ever. The guy was more worried about his lunch and definitely not at all about his customers or a possible sale.
I like the bed I bought, but they had to charge me R350 when I just stay 5 min away from the shop and they advertise free delivery
Your trading hours for Saterday and Sunday are a lie. The store is never opened on a weekend, this is an inconvenience because my partner and I have been driving there this weekend to check if you are open.
Been to the store at Centurion Mall @55 in May 2021 putting up a complain about a bed that broke down within 6 months of using, as I write this its September my complaint has not been attended to, instead I have to deal with a rude manager in that store whom I have to force to follow up my complaint. Who has nerves to tell me I call everyday to ask about the same thing yet they do not communicate. That manager doesn't want to work her job is pin their incompetence on customers
