My 15kg Snomaster ice maker was recently repaired by Snomaster. Sent it from Potch to Edenvale on Tuesday via courier. Had it back on Friday morning. Well done to all involved! Excellent service from Snomaster!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my very old SnoMaster 56L camping fridge/freezer, as it encountered a problem that required repairs. Living in Rustenburg, I struggled to find a local company capable of addressing the issue, prompting me to send it to the Snowmaster Factory in JHB. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an extraordinary customer journey.

To my dismay, during the return shipment of my fridge, it sustained damage, due to an unknown incident. The courier company absolved themselves of any responsibility, leaving me feeling helpless. However, what followed left me astounded and forever grateful for the exceptional service I received from SnoMaster.

SnoMaster took it upon themselves to rectify the situation, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Despite being a mishap that was not their fault, they willingly undertook the task of fixing the issue at no additional cost. But their commitment didn't stop there.

To my amazement, SnoMaster decided to replace my damaged fridge with a brand new 56L SnoMaster model, covering all expenses themselves. Furthermore, they surprised me with a fridge cover and even included a remote control. This level of generosity and dedication to customer care far exceeded my expectations.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the technician, Ricardo, whose expertise and professionalism shone through in his diligent repair work. Additionally, I want to extend my appreciation to Pierre, the Sales Manager, for overseeing the entire process and delivering service that was truly unparalleled.

The service is bad. You wait outside the gate and the security is asking you to check on their pamphlet what you looking for.they dont assist you. They will tell you that they are busy. That time you drove for 45mins.

The store experience was fantastic. A special thank you to Lisa who was incredibly helpful. I didn't realize that the store had more than just fridges and ice machines. All kitchen, outdoor and braai accessory lovers, this place is a must. I will definitely be there again

Took our camping fridge in for repair. Truly amazing friendly service. Go out of their way to be helpful. But. After a month of us calling weekly to find out what is happening with our fridge they have now decided it cant be repaired. Never once did they call us and after the last call in which they promised to email a quote on a replacement fridge we are still waiting. After service has been terrible. Promises of calling back never happen. Will be buying a new fridge but definitely not a Snomaster.

Took in a fridge to be repaired. Had great service. Promised to get back to us within a few days to let us know if it was a big or small repair. If it was minor we could have it back in 7 days, if major it could take a few weeks. After 7 days and no phone call we contacted them and they said they it was a major repair and were waiting for spares. 10 days later we phoned again and they said it was an old model and they were struggling to get parts. A week later we phoned again and they said they were trying to make a plan by using parts from an older fridge and would get back to us. A week later we went there and they said they are still hoping to repair it. A week later we called again and they said sorry they cant repair it. They will offer us a good price on a new fridge and would email us a quote. To this day not one person has EVER lifted the phone to contact us and no email quote has ever been sent. We were always so happy with their service but after this experience we will never buy Snowmaster again after having owned one for over 15 years. Very very disappointed in their service.

Snomaster VT155 Wine Cooler
I got this unit as an insurance replacement for a previous wine cooler (not the same make), and I am so disappointed in this product. The compressor or systems keep going on every 5mins, and we don't even open the door during the day. The wine cooler is so noisy and is the most annoying sound that you can't also have a conversation with someone without everyone commenting that the wine cooler is so loud. The previous wine cooler I had had an A energy rating and was very quiet, and this has a C rating. It would be nice for online stores to make this info available to you before you purchase. In short, Snomaster fridges are not very energy efficient. If you are looking to save on your energy bill, stay away from this product.

When i phoned before driving out there was completely the opposite what i wanted, sales lady took her time before helping me and gave me the wrong directions aswell.

Snomaster personeel het my Vrydag, 23 Maart op hul ope dag baie bespaar en soos 'n koning laat voel met my aankope.
Ek het nie regtig geweet wát ek wou hê nie en watter keuse opm te maak nie, maar die oorvriendelike personeel het my goed touwys gemaak dat ek selfs twee yskas/vrieskaste gekoop het vir minder as die prys van één toestel (Nuwes).
Ek is ook deur die vertoonlokaal gelei deur 'n baie vriendelike en ervare dametjie. Dankie Snomaster vir julle professionele en hulpvaardige wyse waarop julle my behandel het.

Excellent services. Will go there in the future before taking our freezer to anyone else again.
