What a wonderful lunch the seven of us ladies had. Two of us were celebrating our birthday. Arriving at our table it was so nicely set up by Shami our waitress and at the end of our meal both birthday girls received an ice cream surprise with a sparkler sparkler. We will definitely visit you again soon.

One of my favourite places to wine and dine. The down stairs area caters for family, is a relaxing experience. The up stairs bar caters for a lively atmosphere, the food and service is exceptional. Specials every day of the week. Good place to watch sport.

We had booked for 18: 30 downstairs, inside. We arrived on time and was seated immediately. We ordered a bottle of Gracia and a cheese and garlic fuccacia as a starter. The fuccacia was great. But then then the cold started biting inside the restaurant. We asked for the doors to be closed and a different table out of the draught, which helped, but it is still COLD inside. Many patrons were wearing their jackets and others also complained about the cold. The medium rare steaks arrived. Cold on a cold plate and on the rare side of medium rare. Veggies was nice and generous portions. The mushrooms on my grilled mushroom and onion topping tasted like cheap tinned stuff. Because of unpleasant cold we decided to just shut up, eat our food and get out.

Awesome place, great specials, nice vibes.maybe just first call and ensure they are open before going. They are closed for the strangest reasons and on days you would never expect. Closed for Fathers day for example. We saw 3 other cars come and go for that reason.

What a hidden gem! Great place to bring the kids. Clean outdoor play area with loads of shade. Delicious food and very reasonably priced. Will be visiting again!

They must remove eggs Benedict from their menu. That was the worst eggs benedict I've ever had. They sell burgers there, have french loaf on their menu so buns and french bread is available yet they choose normal bread for eggs benedict. I asked for a runny egg and my egg was hard. If they can't make something they shouldn't offer it. The eggs benedict was drowning in terrible cheese sauce.

I cannot think of a single reason to complain about Square Time. This has become my favourite restaurant since moving to the area. The food is insanely good. I have never ordered something that I didn't absolutely love here. Look out for all the daily specials, like R100 ribs on Mondays or steak night on Saturday. Best ribs in taste and price I've ever had. The starters also really shine here! You must try out the cheesy garlic snails and springbok carpacio (my favourite).
If anyone in-charge is reading this, please please please add some buffalo wings to the menu. That would really top it off for variety.

This is my second time I have visited Time Square restaurant, the food was excellent, the service was prompt and friendly. Waitress Patience was up to standard and professional. Thank you Patience you made our day. God bless you all. David

We went for the breakfast buffet. It was glorious, the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would visit again.

I love burgers, but often times they look great on pictures and disappoint you when they arrive. Overcooked patties are a big NO and false advertising just makes me angry.

Square time managed to win me over with their MASSIVE burger which oozes with personality and depth of flavour. Every bite is a taste sensation, leaving you wanting for more - but you just don't have space for another bite!

To give you an idea of the enormity- I have a takeaway which provided me with two full meals extra.so in effect, you get a 3-in-1 mouthwatering burger.

The most impressive part for me was the patties. The waiter asked how you would like it cooked (like.wow!) And the patty was cooked perfectly. Making my foodie heart so very happy.

Pair this beautiful burger with your favourite cocktail (the mai-tai is delicious, by the way) and you are guaranteed to be smiling from ear to ear when you leave.

The burger costs R129.90 and is a very fair price for the amount of food that is placed on the table.

I also have to mention the setting and view from Square Time - you overlook the majestic Boardwalk lake, which creates this feeling of "being out of the city" that is just magical.

What a beautiful place for everyone, we went there for lunch buffet on Sunday is only R169, you get your starters, main course and desert and if you don't want buffet they have other food on the menu.they have an awesome space where your kids can play while you have beautiful talk with friends and family. The prices are very affordable

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Love it.

Amazing staff such as Agie makes you feel part of the family. Every item on the menu which I tried is my favorite and it is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

This place has such a nice outside seating area away from the main restaurant. We love bringing the kids here. The food is great and reasonably priced. The service at the outside section can be a bit lagging but all and all this place is a must.

Nice relaxing atmosphere here, friendly service. However, the service is slow and servers need to te called if you need something.
The food is good but unfortunately not all items on menu was available, so we needed to change our order.
Cuppachinos and Cafe Lattes are awesome.
All and all it was a nice experience.

Yes, it's been said and can confirm. The kids area at the lake absolutely recommended. Food is good, and well priced. Remember insect repellent in summer.

Nice place, great atmosphere hate the fact that waiters add their tip on the bill and the food takes forever to arrive.

Great food, friendly service and the kids area is awesome. Quiz night is fun for the adults. Their oxtail pizza is a must try.

They have a bit of everything and have budget friendly options during the week.
