I went for laser op. On operation never briefed before and after. Doctor was very rude. My vision it's worse than before. To be precise that doctor was aiming for the nerve to blind me. It was so painful I cried.

Reception area is a mess patients come in around 6am just just open a file and till 3pm they not being attended doctors are the best but the Reception area poor very very poor service.
