Very bad service. Waited 30 min +. They run out off buns and cancels our order. Had to ask for a refund. No apologies, manager not available. Worst service ever, complete waste of my time. Would definitely not support this (Steers Monumentpark) franchise anymore.

Quite organized place with different restaurants in one space.fishaways and Chinese food.
You will have to enter the side near Elephant road to access it.you will be looking at it straights as you enter.
There is a fruit and veg shop on the premises as well.nice mall altogether from medical to supermarket (Spar)

Everytime we buy food here, we spend no less than 30 minutes there, that's how slow they are. Also, they could be more friendlier

This steer is placed on a very special place in Monument Park next to Spar that is really unique with a variety of international foods to select due to the reasons of being surrounded by diplomatic residents not far from the shopping center that visits the store daily frombas far a Waterkloof close to Brooklyn Mall. This steers has been around longer than the 15years that Goddesses Place exists and has always been a great treat and great option for friendly specials, keeping is as customers always interested to visit them to see what are the latest specials they have! While waiting for our orders we usually have a nice ice-cream that goes well with waiting for the 15min that they prepare your meals. They have seats all over or you can visit any of the neighboring retail stores to get somw shopping done. They keep you food nice and warm till you are done and ready to collect your takeaway. Today we had the for ever ongoing Whaky Wednesday special and their latest special of chilli cheese burger meal with an extra sauce for R25 a bottle that we took with to use on other dishes we make at home! It is delicious! Thank you Steers for always beimg so friendly and having of the best meals within Pretoria east.

Ordered food more than once in store and using the app where the entire order has not been packed. Unfortunately they have disappointed on several occasions.

We normally order Steers for their amazing chips. Today it was very different to how it normally is. It was cold, about every chip had skin on, they were much thinner than usual and hard. Not edible. Undercooked. What a disappointment.

I placed my order telephonically and arrived 20 minutes later as I had been told my order would take 20 minutes. My order could not be found and after 10 minutes of staff running around asking each other, I was told my food order had been given to the Uber driver.
The Uber driver has no idea where I live and will be upsetting another customer with a wrong delivery.
Anyway I waited another 20 minutes while my order was remade, and fortunately checked it before I left, because it was missing a packet of chips. So another wait for the chips and then I paid. The final straw was the faulty printer and I left without a receipt.
Needless to state the obvious - that management is lacking in this branch.
