Ordered 2 couches and they said it could take 3 days. Got the couches the next day. Delivery staff were top of there game. Wanted to clean the floors before putting the new couches in. Not used to this kind of great service. Please keep it up.
Order online and selected instore pickup. They didn't have the item but I was phoned and kept up to date and received the item within a couple of days. It is rare to have such great communication from companies and this exceeded my expectation. Everyone I dealt with was great. Would really recommend

Bought 90% of my big appliances from them haven't been there for a couple of years prior. Was assisted by a young man bought the best pillows Ive ever owned as I was allowed to lay on the bed and test the pillows 6 months later thank you I'm sleeping much better now.
Bought brand new appliances/furniture from them, I've spent +- R100 000 when they came to deliver they couldn't even offload because the appliances were to heavy and they were only 2 guys! When I opened all of my appliances I've noted that my bosch tumble dryer were badly damaged (full of scratches) not acceptable at all! Customer service were tops but defective products and delivery was something else!
