Very convenient for an on the way home collection. Can que up a bit after work hours and could use an additional attendant

Wow. These guys here must have one of the fastest pickup points to date. Keep it up you guys.

Fast, easy, convenient.
A lot better than the one on Witkoppen, which was a little scary going there alone.

Only problem is carrying boxes while trying to navigate the stairs without falling

Poor customer service ever! But anyway who cares? As long as I collected my items that's matters.

Gentleman behind the counter rude, does not wear his mask properly he actually kicked my parcel when he placed it on the floor. ‍️.

Once inside, service is friendly and fast, but would recommend more than a single person serving as the ques can get long.

My order was ready for collection quick, but was disappointed with the line. One person serving all of us collecting is too slow. I would suggest a second person there.

I got there just on closing Time and the staff still where smiling and happy and assisted me very efficiently

Its handy to have pickup point, but its always understaffed in my opinion. There is always a que outside.

Easy to find and after a short wait my parcel was quickly brought for me.

They need more stuff. I stood in the line for 20 mins just to get to the counter and waited a other 10 minutes to get my parcel. They need more then one person asissting people

In all honesty I collected a little while back not more than a month ago and the chap who helped me provided a cool calm and quick hand over. Little bit of a pain to find though

Fast and efficient service for pickup. I would suggest they put markings in the complex to direct customers.

My favourite pick up point. It's sometimes busy but the queue moves quickly. I prefer when they leave the door open so you can see if there's someone inside or not. They've also increased the hours so you can go in from 8am now.

EDIT: the way they are packaging items is not ecofriendly at all. I order d 5 items, four of which were very small, insttad of them all coning in the big box which they could all fit, I recieved 5 boxes. I kid you not one of which was a single lipice in its own box!

Im leaving the stars as is because thats about the pick up point but takealot should sort this out!

People don't greet or speak. You scan your code. They hand you a package. Lol. To the point I guess.

Lovely staff, quite busy on a Friday afternoon.
Only criticism is that service takes a bit long as only 1 lady at front, so a customer will scan and wait while the staff member goes to look for parcel before the next person can scan.
Would be great if a few customers could scan and staff at back brought the item to the lady working in the front

Quick, efficient, and easy. The staff is friendly and if you have your QR code ready the line moves quickly. Prefer this to deliveries as it literally takes 5 minutes. Recommended if you do pass close by.
