The most useless mobile network in South Africa. If it wasn't for the cheap data bundles I wouldn't bother using it. Firstly the USSD codes are trash, can't even do what they are meant to do. It's always "service currently unavailable". If Telkom was a person I'd sign a petition to have him put down like a rabid dog.shame on you, I've been a customer for 10+ years and it sucks big time.if there was a rating lower than 1 star, y'all would have 8 of those.

I definitely do not recommend getting a contract with Telkom. They wrongfully took money from my account on the 30th of June, today is the first of August and I still have not received my refund. On top of that, they canceled my case. I sent so many emails with my proof of payment and details, but still not enough evidence for them. My contract is ending November, I'm so glad. Stay away from these people, they are scamming their clients!

Stop calling me two to three times a day. I have asked your agents and via email for you to stop. I have even tried to call your offices to only be given different numbers to call in order to be left alone. Still your company contines. This is now harassment.

Hi, i took a contract for samsung s20 ultra on 13 july 2020 and the contract ended july 2023.telkom claims i upgraded and billing me for something i dont have and never took.i am fighting for 2 months with telkom to sort this out but no one is helpfull in my matter, they sending me to different departments.i never took an upgrade.now they want me to pat R20035-00 to close the account.i have done avidavits submitted to telkom emails and consultants but still nothing is sorted out.telkom is crooks.

The year 2022 December Telkom collected their package after I arranged with them. Courier that was arranged by Telkom never provide a way bill number. I was not familiar with the whole thing that when courier collect an item the way bill number should be provided. I never be into courier services before. I thought since Telkom are the ones that arrange the whole thing then all I have to do was to comply with everything. I made the whole deal on the phone, not from Telkom stores. I was told that they cant trace their item therefore there is nothing they can do for me. I am still getting deducted till this date for something I do not have. I contacted several Telkom numbers in trying to resolve this but till this date, I am still deducted for something I do not have. I do not trust Telkom. I am seeking legal assistance to this. I suspect criminal element into all this.

Awesome place to work. Huge premises but all facilities available at reachable distance including some very nice food. Minus one star for Halal food being a little expensive.

Telkom this is the level of service you are providing to your clients. Since 26 May 2022 until to date nothing has happened and we still do not have service and are paying monthly in accordance with the agreed contract

Goodmorning Thando. On Tuesday morning I visited the Telkom Regional office and was the one that talked to you regarding the account 336709024 (F. H. Jacobs) Telkom referred to the attorneys Fourie Sikweyiya Inc.

You promised that you would give immediate attention to the matter and will referred it to your account and billing Department and someone from Telkom would call me before the end of closing on Tuesday.

Today is Thursday and not a single person/individual or department from Telkom called. Why do Telkom subject its customers to this type of unprofessionalism and threats it have to endure by attorneys appointed by Telkom?

Since the services has been suspended on the account we are waiting in anticipation for legal action to start in order to bring your service delivery, unprofessionalism and incompetence to the fore.

I hereby respectfully request that the services are reactivated immediately and Telkom updated their accounts accordingly as to what was agreed telephonically for the product and services agreed to the amount of R780.

Good day Mr Mbuli. Our last email correspondence on 21 July 2022 refers. We have again arrived at the same problem that you as Telkom caused. Attached all the payments made as per contractual agreement and again services has been terminated on this service. In accordance with the contract a fixed amount of R780 was agreed upon for 3000 min from telkom to telkom/ mobile and 3000 minutes from telkom to any other network. We are still awaiting the credits as was promised because of the service termination which Telkom promised to correct and reimburse until to date. I hereby humbly request that services are immediately restored before closure of business and this game that Telkom plays immediately stops permanently, failure to do that we will have no choice but to expose your unprofessionalism, breach of contract and robbing of clients of money because of your malfeasance. Your prompt response and feedback is appreciated.

Telkom will never see me again, there number for head office doesn't work, I've been trying to resolve my account that have been paid up for almost 3 months now. And Telkom still take their debt order every month. I've spoken to 3 different ladies now. And every time I need to send my proof of payment and I never get any feedback from anyone. Can someone please give me head office number. And I need Telkom to refund me my money. Otherwise, I'm taking it further.

We opened a conteact and it was appeoved, we received the router since we got it we could not connect we went to Telkom Kolenade, it has been 3 weeks and every time we go to shop and complain they have excuses. We have stil not been connected and it is the 27th of April and this process started on the 9th of April. This is not exceptable.

Your employee (Lerato Mokoena) working at Telkom Sandton branch decided to cancel my services with Telkom

I will request that the investigation is conducted regarding this and give me formal feedback.

I feel that my privacy was invaded because she has privilege to my personal information and I am not even sure if my bank account is safe due to the fact that my information is linked to this cellphone number.

I have been a loyal customer to telkom and it sad that employee working there would do such because of personal issues not related to work.

TELKOM didn't connect any WiFi device to my apartment. I've sent the device back to Head Office via Postnet's door to door delivery. I've tried to contact TELKOM'S HEAD OFFICE several times, but they've blocked my phone number. The device was connected to someone with TWO other telephone numbers which I really don't know. TELKOM handed 'my' account over to the Attorneys and I must now pay R2400 for something that was never connected to my household or my name will be blacklisted. The person who stole the device and got it connected by using my details, committed FRAUD. I just don't know WHY TELKOM is not willing to investigate the matter. WHY did they just blocked me on my MTN phone number and then just handed the case over to the Attorneys. I am struggling to survive on a monthly basis, but they just don't care. HOW can TELKOM just connect a WiFi device to anyone else's number? VERY, VERY STRANGE.

I have been trying to contact telkom and mweb they play ping-pong between each other and blame the other for the problem. My wifi is down for 2 days and although I have logged numerous calls no feedback and no help. I have used R150 airtime just to log queries that is ignored.

I work from home so above the waisted airtime I lost 2days of work aswell.

Seriously. Does no one work here anymore? Why are we even paying monthly? No internet for 2 months now. Not going to get into all the other things. Why is it impossible to send an email or call you? Why does it have to be such a mission to request a call back? And then finally, a cocky voice when customer service calls a day later? Cherry on the cake

Word of advice: pull out your fingers and start using the screen and keyboards in front of you! There are lots of service providers out there, dropping a non-existent service and actually getting your money’s worth somewhere else has never been this easy.

Please don’t respond by asking for my contact details. You’ve already done that on the phone. If you do your job, there wouldn’t be a single disconnected account.

Many emails were sent to Telkom for a new contract, but no feedback received for the contract. The person (Linda Siphe or Siphe Linda) doesn't read her emails or even try opening the emails. Poor service.

Took out a data sim contract over a year ago from your ferndale branch, the sim apparently never activated, I've done a sim swap, still same issue, been to the ferndale branch & Cresta branch a few times for help still with no luck. I've been told I must wait, what am I waiting for the prince of Dubai to activate the sim? I'm paying mo they for something that doesn't work, absolutely pathetic service

I just spend over 20min on #telkom Telkom 10210 number concerning my ref number 7963336 a case that I opened last week as for 12days now we have very slow WiFi speed in Kibler Park of JHb. There is absolutely no progres on this matter. The guy wanted to refresh my line but the more I tell him it is not the rooter alone the more he tell me of refreshing my line. Well my two sell phones and my rooter doesn't have internet access in Kibler Park and there is 6other people in Kibler Park of who I know who have the same problem. Telkom doesn't want to send their technetions to fix the tower. I am fedup with Telkom. Saturday I will go and cancel and move over to Vodacom. Enough is enough
