8Bad customer service, no feedback, calling the number on this website does work, to get feedback I must always go to the store, still issues not resolved.
Worst experience at a telkom store I have ever experienced. Will never ever return as service is pathetic and there is never stock on any phones absolute nonsense.
I was there on Friday and we were told not to touch phones, because of Covid. We were sanitised everytime I went in the store, yet the person who helped me was not vaccinated. He told me. So what’s the point Telkom? Shouldn’t your employees be, seeing you’re working with the public? In person?
I came for a simple sim swop. And was told the one colleague has gone to collect the office key. It's been over an hour, they had ask I comeback before they close. And still waiting this is so disappointing the one lady says she has been waiting for 2hours. Now we are told come back Sunday or go to another store transparency
Thanks to the the sales man that help me after i have been send from will call u so many times and i wish all the telkom staff can be same as these guys will to help all out.peace
The staff was super helpful, patient, informative and friendly. We had a little hiccup with the system being offline and i had to come in another day for my contract.
Manager tried to help but promised call never received. Did you know that Telkom is using old stock of LTE’s that Huawei doesn’t support?
They always have the best deals on cell phones and wifi routers. I would like to thank the management team for opening up the Melrose Arch branch. Lastly, their ticket servicing system is efficient and they have got friendly staff. Big ups to the rest of the TT once again (Telkom Team).
