Navin Singh, our sales rep gave myself and my wife such incredible service today and we couldn't be more thankful. We came to Navin with a quote from another bed shop where we were given false information on the quote and over the phone from one of the other stores sales people. Very unpleasant experience.to say the least! Mr. Singh is a very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly person. I was the only client and literally made me feel as if he just want to get rid of me. He never even told me about the 10% discount special that start over the weekend. THIS STORE WILL NEVER EVER SEE ME AGAIN! Luckily I went to The Bed Shop just a few shops away and received special treatment. I will be buying a bed from them over the weekend.

I bought a new queen size bed from The Bed Centre at Silverlakes in March.
I subsequently had trouble with the base of the bed as the feet kept collapsing.
A representative was sent to my home to have a look at the problem and decided that it needed replacing, as it was still under guarantee.
I then dealt with Suzette at the Silverlakes branch. She was very efficient and followed up on having the base replaced promptly. She went to a lot of trouble to sort out the problem and to keep me updated. Thank you Suzette!

Excellent service and great prices! I paid for my order on Thursday and received it on Saturday. Navin is fantastic!
