I bought mattresses and toppers from this shop 3 times. Every time they told me when they deliver the mattresses they will help change the old mattresses, but very disappointed that every time the delivery people refused to change them. They just dropped off the mattresses and went away. Will never buy anything from this shop again.

Had dealings with Ricardo, the greatest service on time with quotes, I then had a delay with my sale and then went a bit later than anticipated and was then help by Pooven that went over and beyond to accommodate me. I can highly recommend for their service and client interest.

I went to this Bed Centre on the advice of a friend, and received excellent advice and assistance from Poovan Pillay. I am completely delighted with my new Simmonds mattress (tried a few in the shop, and everyone had endless patience with me). I'm redecorating and will be returning for a second mattress after this experience. It was a real win.

Pooven Pillay the branch manager is great. I got amazing service. He was patient with me and educated me about the different types of beds and their technology. I literally spent hours in the store lying on almost all the beds. When I finally decided on the bed I wanted he made sure that I get a speedy delivery since I needed the bed urgently.

I will definitely purchase all other beds from Bed Store Hyde Park in the future.

A big thanks to the Branch Manager Pooven for his amazing and knowledgeable service. I bought a queen bed but after it was delivered I decided I wanted the King.
Pooven sorted everything out and within 3hours my new bed arrived and they collected the other one.
The prices are good, I did shop around.

I have purchased a Simmons mattress last year and the service was outstanding. I went there again last weekend and it was the service was excellent. If you want the best prices with the best level of service and customer satisfaction then I would highly recommended this branch!

The branch manager - Pooven, did such a great job with my request (after having done some online browsing for options prior, being the #millennial I am, a bed does need you to try it in person though). I tried the bed I thought I was going to get, but he showed me an even better option at an incredible price, answered all my questions about the product AND honoured the online discount I had received when I placed the order later in the evening (I didn't want to miss out on BF specials and thought they might expire if I waited too long) - That's customer service at its best.
