At my recommendation my daughter and boyfriend went to the store to purchase a bed. They got completely ignored by the sales staff. I guess the sales staff thought they were not serious about buying a bed. Long story short they went to Bed King next door and bought a bed.

Simon was amazing in helping us choose what would have been the perfect new bed! His patience, kindness and time spent while we had busy kids running around. We received a voucher for a different bed and therefore didn't get the bed through The Bed Centre. Simon was so accommodating in refunding our deposit. Professional and attentive in every way!
