Best service ever by Trevor, the service he gave me. I am not scared to refer anyone to him. I am very happy with my new bed.

I was assisted by Sean at Retail crossing Centre buying the bed and he suggested the most comfortable bed and am loving it.

Great service from Trevor! He shared some great piece of advice about several things while I was at the store. And he managed to squeeze in a same day delivery for me to their schedule even when they were almost done for the day! Thanks for the great service Trevor.

My review can't be that accurate as I was the only customer in the store and at the time of my purchasing.

But, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who expects a little customer service after a purchase and I don't mean them contacting you, even though that is relevant as well.

I'll explain why, I contacted them stating that the pillow they sold me (please don't think they are experienced in the products they sell) as the sales person didn't really answer my questions but rather just wanted the sale as I have a very fragile neck and if a pillow is just not soft enough my neck will wake me up for no reason.

Thus, I purchased a pillow and it didn't work for me since it wasn't getting softer (although it was soft in the store) and yes I tried other pillows not that the salesperson was very helpful in making suggestions, and I asked if I could either exchange or get my money refunded as I wanted a resolve. That doesn't mean the desired outcome would be a refund but just some assistance on what to do, I mean I am no pillow expert and I just wanted a better night's sleep, I contacted the store numerous times for assistance but they are terrible with customer service after a sale.

In any regard, the point I am trying to make is if you think you will get the right pillow through sound advice and care you are very wrong, if you think you will get outstanding after sale service you are terribly mistaken as this store is only there to make a buck.

I will fund another pillow elsewhere spend more money and hopefully find someone willing to help me. But, I will post on Hello Peter if I can about this experience.

Thank you Trevor for your excellent service, great pricing and speedy delivery. So appreciate the great experience at this store. By far the best mattress shop on the west rand. Buy from them, you won’t be disappointed…

We had such great service from The Bed Centre in Strubens Valley. Sean was extremely accommodating and found us a bed that suited our needs and our budget. Delivery was the very next day, and the delivery team was extremely helpful and very friendly. The delivery team went out of their way to take my old bed out to my garage and brought the new one in and set it up. I had a very great overall shopping experience with The Bed Centre and can highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a bed.

Trevor was really patient and extremely helpful. Even worked out a deal I couldn't refuse. Thanks so much for your help. Sean was also very helpful and patient with us.

Absolutely outstanding customer service even though i did not purchase it was the best customer service i had experienced. The salesmen were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend family and friends to the store at Strubens.

A 5 star rating is given for the very knowledgeable salesmanship delivered by a very eager Trevor, The Bed Centreville, and the Strubensvalley team upon my visit yesterday afternoon. My needs were assessed and after a couple of very comfortable "lie-downs" our ideal bed was earmarked and after a thumbs up from the "parliaments" aka my wife Theresa, our new bed was on its way to be delivered. The delivery team collected our old bed set which is earmarked as a donation and set my new bed up within minutes, no mess, no fuss. The entire time of transaction from store entry to delivery to my abode in Helderkruin took less than 45 minutes. This sets an absolute trend within a retail market that has forgotten about customer care. Well done! This shop is an absolute gain for Retail Crossing and our broader community.
