Truly the best service I have ever received.
I ordered a mattress and required urgent delivery. Clement from the Kyalami store was persistent and kept me updated. Devona (online team) assisted in resolving in under 30mins! Since the Kyalami branch did not have stock of the particular item, the Fourways manager assisted with speedy delivery instead. I receive my mattress tomorrow morning. Excellent service and team work. I was most impressed. Will definitely recommend

I purchased an Ever Cool pillow from Calum and it literally changed my life. I had a painful neck for months and Calum advised that I get the pillow and then put another soft pillow underneath. What a great experience we had atThe bed centre Kyalami. The assistant Calum was so helpful, kind and responded to our questions on various beds. Even though we arrived few minutes before shop closes, he only told us that at the end when we were paying for the beds. We bought 2 beds a queen and double bed at such a good price. Thank you Calum

I purchased 2 beds late afternoon, on a Friday and the beds was delivered before I could get home the same day! I never expected it and settled for a delivery the following week. We bought a Simmons Bed from Callum two days ago. No hard sell, just an alert, quiet, considered response to each question asked. Can recommend him and their products with confidence. Zonia was great. I phoned in first and she answered all of my questions clearly. Got to the shop on New Years eve and she was polite and efficient. Even got a discount of the advertised price. Bed almost got home before we did, that's the efficiency of the delivery and the store.

Zonia was so helpful - doing everything to assist me. Her service is impeccable. I came to the bed centre to buy new beds for my family and for an Airbnb. Zonia went above and beyond to understand my needs and help me get the best value for money. It will be hard to shop anywhere else after this experience.

I purchased a mid-range bed from the Bed Centre at a great price and asked for delivery to be delayed for a while. The manager was very accommodating and allowed me to leave it in storage for a short while. Service was awesome since I was taken through the entire product range without being judged, and staff were super friendly offering coffee and friendly talk.
