Amazing facilities, 2 full 18 holes courses and a 9 hole mashie course. Superb driving range, practice bunkers, chopping greens and putting greens.

Brand new golf carts. Clubs and golf trolleys for hire in the excellent Pro Shop at CCJ.

Unbelievable food and beverage selection in the best halfway house in the country. Free tea and percolated coffee. Exceptional menu now even more extended. Vegan options available as well as proper waffles!

So nice to have a social place where cellphones are banned inside the clubhouse and changerooms.

And proper dresscode on the golf course and inside the clubhouse after 6 pm.

Miles and miles ahead of any other club in SA. Sets the standard for Country Clubs.

Clean, efficient, friendly staff and a professional service. Attention to detail. Warm welcoming environment, homely atmosphere.

Have plaued golf here many times and course is always in good shape.

Today was a conferrnce at the venue though and the food was great but the view had me longing to go play a round of golf.

Greens well kept, but the chef's mozzarella cheese ball pesto salad took first prize! My team on the other hand came a dismal 11th.

Had a business lunch there yesterday. Staff was efficient and friendly. Food was tasty. Environment was lovely. A great place to have business social events. Definitly highly reccomended. And you can swing a few sticks and hit some balls as well.

Great. I usually only come here for the squash and the really, really good food. The pizzas here are amazing and I would definitely recommend the spare rib pizza.

Excellent venue with great facilities, free wifi, amazing food and a lovely view of the surrounding area. Absolutely enjoyed the seminar I attended here. Will happily come again!

Course marshals are mean and malicious, particularly towards junior golfers as they are assumed to be 'slow'. Great golf course though!

Best views in a crowded jhb city. Paradise for kids and adults and the restaurant continues to modernize itself. Service van be slow but sit back and enjoy the view.

I only went to the practice range witch was very cheap for the quality provided and just walking around the facilities I sow are 5 star. The bar has an amazing view didn't go in so can't talk about the price. The golf course also looks amazing and a must play if you haven't. I personally haven't played there but apparently there are 2 golf courses in the estate 1 that's top quality but you also will pay more for it and the 2nd course is more affordable but a lesser quality.

Lovely view from the restaurant area over the rolling greens to the trees in the distance. Menu not complicated, but great lunchtime options. Prices mid to higher end, service great and a good experience.

That a five star place for almost every entertaining services, like golf, gym, tennis, squash, meetings or socialising. Food is very delicious. Staff very friendly people.

This country club has good staff and people.it had excellent service. BUT.they were birds (if you have a phobia of birds) wondering around you! That made me very uncomfortable to enjoy what I was there for! Highly recommend this but be aware if you are afraid and don't like birds near you!

Another great golfing destination in Johannesburg! 2 world class courses with a Mashie to boot. Great facilities including tennis courts, squash courts, fully equipped gym, hiking/running trails and great facilities for the children as well. Club house is great with good quality food and well priced drinks!

Magnificent views from the deck and outlook points. Service on deck slowish. Pizzas good not great

Played the Woodmead course and it was in very good condition considering the lack of rain we've had this season. Entering course which I really enjoyed. I will come back.

As I am not a member, I appreciated an invitation from friends to join them for lunch on Heritage Day. The venue is superb and an extensive food selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the waiters, dressed traditionally, were friendly & the service was good. We loved the opportunity to sit out on the verandah & appreciate the rolling lawn & sunshine.

Excellent food and exceptional service from waitron (Dorcas) at pool area. Facilities very clean and grounds tidy.

I love this - stuff treats me like a family. Mhani Matodzi, Mashudu and Khensani Mavunda are the best
