Used Courier Guy two times and both times my packags were delivered past 17: 30. The second time I called customer support and the driver does not bother to answer calls.

Superb. Ordered from Brooks in Cape Town, Zakes of The Courier Guy delivered to me in Gauteng. Clothing did not fit and after I registered the required job for a new waybill, he fetched the parcel the same day to return it to Cape Town.

SMS and mail tracking notifications are timeous and helpful and the website is user friendly and seamless to request a quote and book and pay for a collection. Thank you very much, you are a cut above the rest of couriers I have experienced

They can never give a rounded to the hour time for a delivery. They just say, "sometime during the day", so for 12hrs you wait.

I needed my parcel and it was scheduled to only be delivered the next day. I went into the depot to collect it. I could not believe the activity happening. I was helped by a young man with an unbelievable amount of energy and enthusiasm.he found my parcel in all that was going on. Sorry that I never asked his name. All I can say is a 1000 thank you's. Then all those bakkies got on the road for their daily deliveries. Wow!

Customer support services is the worst ever. They can't solve the simplest of issues, if anything goes wrong it would be a waste of time trying to get any assistance from them. Broken or damaged parcels, missing items, wrong deliveries, etc. If you ever encounter such issues, forget about getting help feom the support services. Postnet is way better.

I get a message the driver is 5 minutes away, he showes up 4 hours later and says he forgot the package and just doesn't show up again. The next day the same driver delivers a diffirent parcel from another order I made and I ask him about the package he was suppost to deliver yesterday and his words are uhm I don't know, it's gone. Update: after saying they will search for my parcel they marked it as cancelled from my side. I never cancelled it! What a corrupt bunch of people working there.

Spoke to a very very rude consultant called gerrard vince. Extremely poor communication skills and comes across as rude and arrogant and a person who feels he has some sort of a privilege over others. To improve the ratings of this company please send gerrard for communication skills.

We had an original artwork sent from the framers in Somerset West direct to our client in JHB, and the entire artwork arrived at the client smashed to pieces on all sides of the frame and is now completely ruined by The courier guy. The art was appropriately packaged as we always do, and it arrives perfectly fine with other couriers. It is very obvious that this package was forced, dropped and abused in transit. Our framers also confirmed that the individual that collected the piece was already shoving it around when he collected it and when told to handle it with care, he responded that he knows what he's doing. Which was already a concern. The Courier Guy's response is that they will take no responsibility as it is art work, but they are happy to collect it.

We had an account with Courier Guy for our business, Thula Wall. Our packages are 240cm long and they consistently send the wrong vehicles (even though dimensions are given on booking) they also throw our packages around even though they are fragile and we have had a few clients receive broken panels. They also cancelled one of our deliveries and didn’t return the package (so we now have two panels “lost”). All round shocking. I’ve spoken to a few SME’s now and they all say don’t use Courier Guy. I now see why.

Welcome to customer service in South Africa. I specifically said that the driver must go to the reception of the supplier and he didn’t and therefore resulted in the wrong parcel being delivered

Poor Service, cannot depend on Courier Guy where collections are concerned. 2nd Time a collection was booked and they collected after the time frame stipulated then your parcel stays over and you do not get it as usual! Pathetic!

Their efficiency and friendly manners with collections and deliveries make doing business so much easier. Big thanks to Sandile - super nice. Have a package that was checked in to JHB hub on 26th Nov. It is now Des 3rd, & it's still there (somewhere) no one seems to be able to locate a package as large as a bag of dogfood
