The Ear and Eye Clinic

Firstly, I want to start this email with saying thank you to all the staff working at Ear and Eye Clinic. From te security at the door, the admin ladies, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and Dr Mol.

We only got an appointment for January. My son got sick once again and my husband took the chance to call out of desperation. No one was hesitant to help us immediately. We were greeted friendly at the door and at reception. My son is VERY scared of hospitals and Doctors. But Dr Mol, somehow, was able to change my son's perspective, throughout the appointment my son was laughing and felt really comfortable. Immediately putting us at ease.

Today my son went to get his tonsils removed. Once again we were welcomed by a friendly face. The nurses were very friendly but a special thanks can be given to Nurse Tina. She was so patient and loving towards the children. Once again, showing my son that he doesn't have to be afraid.
My son became very hungry and very difficult. I do not know who to say thanks to for the teddy bears given to all three children for waiting, but thank you. The Anesthesiologist took her time to discuss everything with us, it did not feel rushed. Instead, it felt like she wanted to build a relationship with us and gain our trust, this too is highly appreciated as it gave us a sense of comfort for what was to come.

I also appreciated to have the option to go into theater with my son until he was asleep, my son went for 2 operations before this and we never had that option, it traumatized my son alot. So having to be there with every step was so relieving.
The hospital makes so much effort with the food parcels given afterwards for the children. My son ate all his snacks and even asked for more because he enjoyed it so much.
I would advise, literally everyone I meet, to go Dr Mol if their child is constantly sick.

This experience changed our mindset regarding hospitals. And we as a family would just like to say thank you so very much for taking such good care of one of the most important people in our life, our little boy.

Dr Tony Dos Ramos, brilliant and friendly surgeon and staff, we recommend this place for any eye issues that you may be experiencing.

The best experience, from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist, we were extremely impressed. The love and care from the nurses and even the cleaners is absolutely something out of this world. We were anxious taking 2 kids for an operation at the same time, but the staff made it the easiest and stress free experience. Thank you so much

There is a scary unsure dread of becoming blind and reality of inconvenience, dignity and acceptance when you are faced with degenerative vision.the absolute commitment, understanding and peace of mind is translated into deeds of kindness when i walked into Dr.jarvis rooms. No price on earth can be attached to the feeling of personal attention and dedication to resolve the loss of sight and the feeling of safety when the sophisticated technology is used to perfection by a master craftsman in his field in this world class institution. I've never seen such generous people, Dr. Duane Mol, receptionist, nurses and each staff are amazing. I have no words for them, seems Like wonder world if there is 10 stars option I would not mind to give them all they deserve more than that.

Disgusting service. My dad went in for a cataract surgery and has had issues post-operatively. After numerous attempts to contract his doctor via telephone, the Doctor seems to not care enough to call my dad back.

Thank you Dr. Rowjee, Nikki (front desk) and the lady that did my eye tests, absolutely amazing service and understanding. I am very grateful for all you did to my eyes.

Absolutely stunning experience. My 8 year old son had a successful nose operation performed by Dr Tim Capon (ENT), Dr Diesel (Anaesthetist) and amazing nurses.

Both top notch doctors who knows what they are doing and so friendly and helpful.

The nurses and reception were amazing, friendly, caring, helpful and considerate.

We were blown away by die transparent and quick service, clean hospital and just caring approach by all involved in this experience.

I highly recommend this institute and the professionals involved.

The best! Dr. Mol sorted out my wife's ear problems and Dr dos Ramos my dad's eyes. The facility is clean and well equipped. Friendly staff.

Appointment was 10h00, started helping me at 12h00. Further no communication regarding the process or the diagnosis. What a waste of time and money - very traumatic experience for my 2.5 year old, I will have to now get a second opinion.

The service offering is great. The waiting period and constant check-ups.could do with a bit of work.

Last week I had a life changing event thanks to Dr Ed Jervis. I had cataracts removed from both eyes and lenses inserted and I now have the miracle of sight! After wearing glasses most of my life this operation has given me such amazing sight that nature and colors are incredible. There are many specialist at the clinic and our family are patients of Dr Ed Jervis, Dr Giooding, Dr Tony Dis Ramos as well as Dr Mol. All four specialist are absolutely awesome and care deeply for their patients. You are a person and not just a number. I would recommend the clinic as well as the doctors at any time. If I am getting this kind of passionate service from the specialist we are using, I am sure the other soecialist at the clinic will only raise the bar

My wife had an 11: 30 appointment. We arrived around 11: 15 it is now 13: 07 and she is still waiting. We can all understand that the previous appointment may run slightly late but 2 hours tells me they have no respect for their customers. Offer no explanation for the delay, absolute BS.
