The Godfather Restaurant

What a great experience! From the food to the service - a great experience! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have Amaretto when we wanted to order a dessert drink that contained it.

Would recommend The Godfather Restaurant to all my family and friends.

Had a great company outing as well and well accommodated.

From a wide variety of drinks ams shooters to choose from. The BEEF RIBS has never disappointed. But not only the ribs, but the steaks are done to perfection. After all of that, the dessert, wow!

A must try.

Great food, great Service, fairly priced for the good quality food and a wide selection of Wines.

Nice place, meat was prepared good. The mojito however had a very bad mint flavor. My wife could not drink it. The overall experiance was OK. Looked like the owners also came to make sure everything is OK, so they do care about the clients.

All round excellent. Meat lovers have to eat there. Food, service, ambiance all excellent. Pricey.

It must be the best restaurant in Centurion. No better place to celebrate any special occasion. From the welcome, the service, food. Cannot find fault. Remember next time to use a bigger dish for the creme brullee. Far too small.

My happy place! Janet and Steve always go out of their way to make your lunch or dinner extra special. What I love about Godfather is the longevity of the waiters and they know what you like and what not.

The food are absolutely heaven sent, best Snitzel ala Godfather that cannot be beaten, steaks and hamburgers are great.

When you in Gauteng do yourself a favour and have a great meal at The Godfather Midstream.

Not in the same league as Turn & Tender, Lupos and Salsa. I frequent at least one per week and have been to Godfather 3 times before I tried the others. Restaurant has good potential and professional maitradee however the food needs to step up a level with quality and train the young waiters and waitresses more and they could give the others a run. Learn the food, make Recomendations that you have taisted. But Never offer all gold tomatoe sauce doevrhevmqoat expensive meltomato all gold

Absolutely bad service. We booked for 15 people and when we arrive 5 guys are at the host table, no one greets or offers service. A minute or so later a manager comes to assist. Tell him who we are and we are directed to where we seated. Now here is the kicker. On the menu they have a 2016 blend red wine. I order, the waitress comes with the silliest excuse in offering me a 2018 blend. When we out pf tge actual menus item we offer the next available. Wow how about telling me b4. I have seen very bad reviews for this place and as a community member I wanted to eventually support them. But alas I understand why they are so badly rated. Who pay for a 2016 blend but is drinking a 2018. Unheard of right

Wow, there's no other words, I've previously been in the Resturant Seafood industry for several years, this is next level 5 star and still affordable. A must for any seafood lover to add to their bucket list. When you are in Johannesburg South Africa

We went to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary tonight at the Godfather Restaurant in Midstream. We had good service and the steaks we chose melted in our mouths. Many years ago we had our first Wedding Anniversary at the Godfather when it still was in Centurion. Tonight after many years of frequenting the restaurant. We had a really great supper and evening. We also enjoyed chatting to our host Janet reminisced on previous occasions we had been to the Godfather. Thanks for a wonderful evening

Exceptional good quality food. Appreciated the disposable menue and napkins. The friendly and considerate staff. As always a warm welcome from Janet Kobrin. It's like visiting family and having a home cooked meal

Now this was a hreat experience. Not many restaurants with such good meat, and prepared perfectly! And then to top it, the dessert was excellent. I had the peanut butter mud pie. Recommend!

This is the best restaurant in the country. If you haven't eaten here, you haven't lived. Owners and staff and wonderful and the ambieance is great. A must try

What is not to like about this place? An institution that has been around for many years. Now in a better location too. Some of the best steaks in town!
