The Grove Mall

I lost my wallet and they phone me the afternoon to come and fetch it. I report it and give them my details. Someone picked it up and take the money but give security the wallet with all my cards.

Well kept Mall, plenty of covered and open parking, easy access. Spur and coffee shops have good service, even during busy times. At Woolies, Edgars, Mr Price Home as well as their Sport shop offer bad staff service.

I like the mall, it's clean and stylish. Has lots of space and a great atmosphere. The only thing I would address would be the lack of information desks / counters / kiosks.

It's not easy to move from upper floor to ground floor you need to Walk a distance to be able to switch floors

The grove mall is a big beautiful mall has all the need and all the right restaurants i recommend going here for your wants and needs

This shopping mall is very clean and user-friendly, covid19 compliant and make shopping experience fun

The only problem at the grove was we entered the mall at about 13h40 we left about 14h00 we paid for our parking R6.00 when we looked at the ticket the time on it was 11h35 we were like shocked because I only went to the vodacom at the entrance, this was really disturbing so we were robbed with a R6.00

Love to do my shopping there, take my time going from shop to shop, even if it is just for browsing

It was a very good experience and I really enjoyed myself even though I was only there for 2 hours Max

A convenient, easily navigated mall and it's also not overly busy with too many people blocking pathways

The mall is clean, the security and staff is friendly.
It does get packed at times, especially the Ice Rink

Nice open spaces. Cute train ride for kiddies. All the popular shops. Lovely restaurants and cinemas as well as an ice rink.

I really enjoyed the Grove. I feel like it's a lot more calm than Menlyn mall. Also I like the fact that the parking tickets don't cost a lot. I always feel that I am being ripped off by parkades these days. I would definitely recommend the Grove to my friends. Very well done guys!

The mall is very neat and tidy. Plenty of parking and one hour free parking on the upper level. The Woolworths has a nice restaurant with excellent coffee. There are plenty of the branded stores where you can most of your shopping done under one roof
There are a variety ofexcellent restaurants to suite your taste buds as well.

Had the best time at The Grove Mall. My girlfriend organized a suprise partt for me at cappuccinos and the service was just excellent!

We had outside seating with amazing weather on top of that. I would recommend going there for any occasion.

Definitely try to sit outside if possible

Often has power outages unrelated to load shedding. The banks don't have their own generators pathetic.

Beautiful Mall, well managed with a variety and diverse shops available. Truly is a one stop shopping and entertainment destination.

My first time at this mall and had trouble finding the restrooms, there isn't a lot of indication where to go and information wasn't helpful

Everything you need in one go. There has however been a couple of times that we were concerned about security matters with no visible security available - so keep an eye on your kids and personal belongings.
