I highly recommend Mattress warehouse, I had the most effortless experience. I received the most incredible costumer service from Micayle at The Mattress Warehouse Randburg.
The delivery team were just as impressive, fantastic service received from Errol and Mahlatsi.

Philemon and Lloyd called me ahead of time to inform me of the delivery. They arrived promptly, and delivered the mattress with care.

Phillimon and lloyd delivered my mattress. They were very helpful and communicated throughout the day with regards to the delivery details. One of the best deliveries I have had

Delivery was done on time by two very sweet and kind gentlemen, who eagerly helped to put the bed in place. They were quick, strong and efficient. Here I am without a place to sleep tonight…
I placed my order through the store on Tuesday, was told the distribution centre would phone me that afternoon to make arrangements for delivery.

Wasn’t phoned on Tuesday and I phoned the Wednesday to hear if everything was in order because I’d be moving into my new place on the Thursday and I didn’t have a mattress yet. They explicitly told me it would be delivered on Wednesday…

Thursday rolls around, I’m packed and ready to get into my place. Phone them to hear why my mattress wasn’t delivered the day before. Suddenly my account was never verified and I’d only get my mattress on Friday EARLIEST. Even though I was notified by the account company that the amount was charged to the account, it isn’t verified?

I don’t have a place to sleep tonight, on one of the coldest weeks of winter. My only option is to drive back to Vanderbijlpark (and hour away) to stay with friends or family. Which I don’t have in Joburg.

I will never recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone else ever again.
