This was my 2nd time at the studio and The photographer is always patient, friendly and professional.the photos always look stunning and will probably be using him again

Worst experience ever. First our photoshoot session was very rushed and shorter than the hour we had bought as there were other clients waiting (double booking maybe). Secondly during the indoor photoshoot the lights were not correctly set up which he only realized towards the end of the shoot. Thirdly he promised to deliver the photos within 5 working days, he didn't. We had to contact him and ask for the photos then he said he would send them the next day. That was the worst disaster ever, the original photos were very dark. I could hardly see who was in the photos let alone the outfit. I am very heart broken because I wanted to use those photos for my professional work. We paid so much money and now we wish we had not. Now I have to find someone else to take professional photos. We were very kind to him and kept contacting him asking if we could reach an amicable solution, but he refused and insisted on charging us extra for editing pictures that were already edited. I expected so much more professionalism from him but I I had a horrible experience with him.

Mortimar is a consummate and talented professional. His editing, printing and framing skills are top drawer.

The studio itself is awesome but what a mission it was to actually find it because there's no "clear" sign or "signage" that says, studio here or studio door.

I opened several doors, all the wrong ones and then on top of that I had to contend with the really rude staff at the coffee shop.

If this can be improved then I'm sure the next experience wouldn't be so horrific, running around in the rain, trying to find a door? ‍️‍️‍️

Once I got inside the studio it was fun and I ended up having a pleasant experience.

Beautiful studio close to a lush mini forest. I enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor photoshoot sessions for my personal portraits and commercial products. The final products are of exceptional quality. The photographer is very warm, professional and creative. Highly recommended.
