Excellent hospital and staff. Very professional and caring. Really appreciate the care shown by everyone from the doctors, nurses and admin staff.

Useless hospital this one. I have never been so disappointed in a hospital. As a health care professional myself, it us the worst. And now they are busy claiming money off the medical aid like it's their savings account.

The receptionist are going to be downfall of the Dr had bad experience with Dr Kk Ijane and the hosp. I would not advise anyone to go there unless they got airtime. But extremely poor Service from Dr room. They must attend communucation classes

I had to get x-rays taken, yes it was a bit of a Wait, but the procedure went well. Parking was easy and I even got 2, fresh little apple danishes on my way out.

Never waste your time here. Was in for a procedure of 30 minutes. Arrived at 11 am and not discharged even until after 5pm. Ordered food was to be begged for the patient who did not eat since 5am because of the procedure.still waiting for the food.

From the top to the bottom personal is professional and i received top quality treatment thank you all

Doctor OO Aire is a world class doctor, his professionalism is 5 star I definitely recommend his services and I definitely recommend this Urology hospital, the best services without any doubt.

Dr Preena Sivsankar is kind, professional and very thorough in her assessment and treatment. An all round exceptional urologist, I highly recommend her.

Went for my yearly check up.at Dr Sias Voss rooms, at the Pretoria Urology hospital. Had a good chat with him. Always professional. Staff is friendly.

Dr P Swart is really good at what he does. Unfortunately the nursing staff, receptionists, etc.is letting the hospital down. The staff disappear for hours, they don’t provide you with adequate care post-op. The process to get discharged was appalling. The doctors are great but the staff is operating like it’s a government facility. I would not do any other procedures at this hospital in future.

We were treated with so much respect and kindness. Every single person who assisted us were friendly, helpful and professional.
Dr. Potgieter is an absolute amazing doctor. Thank you so much for helping my daughter get through her surgery and for calming my nerves. Big thumbs up!

Dr. P. Sivsankar is the BEST. I was treated with dignity, compassion and the highest level of professionalism. The staff and facilities are outstanding.

We have visited Dr HN Lourens. The doctor was gentle and caring. Explained us everything with patience and kindness. However the person who is handling the account Lee-Ann is absolute opposite. One month after our visit i sent email with the request of the tax invoice and medical report which was not responded, when i called she was absolutely rude and telling me that some people waiting for the report for 3-4 month and who am i to request for it in 1 month. As well as i should check my Junk folder before calling and bothering her, maybe she already send it to me. Dont get me wrong, i can wait 3-4 month but i would like to be informed about such a delay, as well as all she said could be said in calm and friendly manner, but at the moment i was very happy that i was on the phone and not in front of her as i think she would have hit me with something.the people with this kind of attitude should be prohibited to work in service industry people.as well as i believe there are a lot of decent people who is struggling without the job, so maybe clinics should choose very carefully who they employ to work with people.

I wrote a long review but I deleted it before posting. Dr's and theater staff awesome but don't come out of theater when the day shift leaves and does not handover properly to the night staff while you were actually discharged by the Dr already but you battle from19: 00 to 22: 00 to get a response for them to release you. If anyone wants further information I can be contacted.

Going to a hospital is always a terrible experience. Everyone that helped me at the hospital from the security to the cleaners doctors to nurses was friendly helpful and professional. If there was a 10 star option I would have given the hospital 11 stars. Well done.

I have to give this hospital 6 stars actually. Since I suffer from kidneys stones and had many episodes over the years I came here often.

This is a world class facility and has the brightest stars in the urology universe. Lots of money is spent on keeping up with international trends.

Like the computerized dispensing facility in the pharmacy, the computer that is used to perform micro surgery on the prostate of men. The Da Vinci robot.

Hospital is currently upgraded again with more and exciting features added

Have only had the best treatment from sisters. Problem is that this comes at a premium price and my medical aid deems it to expensive to be on the designated service providers list.

Had an issue with admin staff with wrong interpretation of medical scheme rules. But was resolved promptly. However recieved very poor service from a urologist which probably just had a bad day, won't go back to him though but they operate independently from the hospital. Although they are shareholders, complicated to be judge jury and executioner. But on the whole there are many urologists to choose from and I can certainly recommend this hospital should one have an issue in this specialized field.

Excellent hospital with extraordinary doctors. Dr. Boezaart was amazing with my Dad’s operation and again with my operation. Absolutely worth it! ️
