26I am truly disappointed at this mall. It's in very close proximity to where I live and I have been using the mall for over 2 years however I won't be going back here ever again. In November 2018 my boyfriends laptop and bag got stolen from the boot of his locked car whilst the security just watched through the cameras and did absolutely nothing to help the situation whatsoever. On a completely separate occasion in June 2019 I was approached by the Woolies security upon checkout to be told that there was someone putting his hand in my bag trying to rob me. My first thought was why aren't you going after the offender instead of coming to me. Long story short, after these 2 completely separate incidents, I have deemed this mall extremely unsafe and caution shoppers to be on alert.
Love the atmosphere and the revamp has really done wonders for this once obscure shopping hub on Rivonia Road
This mall and underwent a revamp and what a great job. I didn't recognise it when I went again. As malls go, this one is on my list of places to return to.
The Wedge shopping centre has had a wonderful facelift the last two years. With all building come to an end, the new centre looks very appealing. A Planet Fitness has moved into the centre of which I am a member. A compact gym that is very customer orientated and smartly set out. There is a large Spar and a Woolworths Foods in the centre. The centre also houses beauty related shops such as Sorbet and a pharmacy. There are a number of other shops providing a variety of services. The centre is spoilt with coffee shops and restaurants. There is covered and non covered parking as well. A compact centre to shop at.
MN ELECTRONIC SAMSUNG REPAIR does not follow the pricing in samsung website. 3500 rand is the price for lcd replacement for note 8 in Samsung website while this centre charges R 5545. This is not acceptable! R 2000 discrepancy! Are they really robbing the clients or what?
