5Service is good but what makes me a bit unhappy is the fact that even if you buy for a big amount you still get charged for delivery.
If ever you are looking for a brilliant product - Trotec Laser machines are tops - I recently visited friend who had just purchased a laser machince from the far east - nice looking machine however, a few concerns when you are new to this game you require indepth guidence and technical expertise on how to produce top quality products - this particular laser machine which was purchased from a local company on the East Rand does not come with a manual - the technican was disseminating the laser parametres etc etc varbally - how on earth is anyone going remember this. This industry is so varst and detailed you need to have back of good technical and sales support - the support offered by Trotec is absolutely amazing - by visiting their You Tube channels or the websites or just picking up the phone for advise they are there to help - when purchasing laser products online the information is second-to-none the indepth information suppled is outstanding. These are all extremely important to the hobbiest or the more serious laser entrepreneur. The company culture is extremely good. Their laset products are of the superb quality.
Though they offer good prices, you pay back that good price by them taking long to deliver, our order took +1.5months.
I only got my laser cutter about a month or so ago, and everytime I contact the office I get the friendliest service, and when I place an order online, it is delivered almost instantly it would seem. I get my order either same day or the next! Super excited to get cutting again. I ordered materials this morning, went to pick my son up from school, and when I got back, my husband had signed for the package and it was waiting for me on my desk!
