Turn 'n Tender Steakhouse

Really good food and service. My steak was little over done but really tasty. Pricing is reasonable. Aaron the waitron was friendly and really efficient. Overall good experience. I recommend and would return.

The place was overcrowded. There was a wait to be seated and the food took so long to be prepared.
The steak itself was dry, the chips were horrible.

Deceivers of note! Advertise a special and totally deceive diners! We call that robbers of note. Thank goodness we walked out!

Door person doesn't know what he's doing, letting people it while we were waiting first, sat doesn't on only able to put order in 20min, sad

Great experience, went for dinner with family the staff was warm and welcoming and also offered great service.

I've been here a couple of times and the service has always been good, waitron are friendly and efficient. This time i ordered a beef ribs takeaway.and it was really good, the basting they use is delicious. However I'm not crazy about their fries, had meals at other T&T and the fries lack seasoning and flavor.

Food was excellent and the birthday special off R44 for a 300g Sirloin with a side. Cost of a can of cold drink crazy. Wish these companies would learn good prices will fill seats.

I haven't had a great burger in a while and was not disappointed in my choice to have one at Turn 'n Tender Nicolway. The burger was done to perfection! The accompanying French salad was fresh and delightful, as was the chocolate milkshake. Great service by my waiter. I will certainly be back.

Friendly waiters! Never disappoints. I thoroughly enjoyed the rump and wors combo the last time I was here.

Very attentive service, and they got my request for truck loads of sour cream for my baked potato bang on.

Had a great time here the food was well made to our expectations. We were a large group and the serves was great. We stayed there till late and enjoyed good food wine and company.

Had an amazing time with friends on Friday night, our waiter was super attentive and the manager Adnan made sure we were looked after and everything was taken care of. It has been a while since we received such great attention from restaurant staff. And the food, WOW, it speaks for its self. Such tasty and juicy meat. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great steak house!

The service was horrible, our waiter was just too familiar with us and then other waiters also just didn't provide good service.

Our food eventually came, this was the most bland meal I've had in a very long time, I had to add tobasco to try give my meal some toast but it didn't work. Had to go home and make a sandwich after.

I'll stick to the T&T in Cresta or Parktown.

The staff here is extremely experienced. The first two times I was here I blamed them for have senior persons as their staff as it was awkward to be served by my father you know. Today I realized that these are the best waiters on can get.

Really a great place, I have visited this turn and tender a few times now.
Once for a office lunch, and a few times with some friends and partner.

The food is the best, a real meat lover's, but the menu caters for all.

The atmosphere is open and stylish. The first time I went there, I was really imperrsed and felt under dressed.

I'm a loyal TnT client, but was a bit disappointed on my last trip. My steak had no flavour, to the point where I couldn't finish it. My dinner guests enjoyed their food though. Service as always was impeccable, and the waiters did not rush us even though we were there past their closing time. I won't stop going there - I just hope that was a once-off bad experience.

We were here for my best friend's birthday dinner in August and the steak was perfect, service amazing and great ambiance!

Preferred the beef ribs to the pork and the creamed spinach was incredible after adding my own salt, but overall the food was great!
The wait staff were incredible too, very attentive and friendly, with some good banter as they approached the table.

The first time I have been disappointed with turn and Tender, being a regular client at Bedfordview, Waterfall park and Nicol Way. We went to Nicol way to celebrate a 30th birthday. Two Couples ordered the Sirloin for two. Having had this as our regular meal over the past two-three years, we are accustomed to the steak being a very thick portion. What we got was thinner than the small end of a fillet and it looked like it had been butterflied and it was very sinewy. We sent it back the veggies then arrived with without the meat and this too had to be sent back.
The manger the argued that this is how the meat is always prepared.wrong decision when of the 10+ time we have had this meal it had never looked like this. The dom pedros were milky rather than thick. Overall very disappointing when it was meant to be a celebration. The manager tried to fix the situation, but arguing did not help, and it put a dampener on the rest of the evening. The blue cheese salad was very good. Two people were finished their food before the other 4 people got their food.

Ver good food, great service, also has a impressive wine selection. The manager is also involved, and came over and introduced himself. It was very good experience all round. I will be back.
