I bought from there on Sunday 5th Sept and the chicken was under done still pink inside.was very sick from eating the chicken

Their service is very poor. Had to wait 30 orders before my order. They can check their system if they think I'm lying

The Frontline staff have no regard for COVID19 regulations, none work masks. Irresponsible and disrespectful taking into consideration their claim to "no mask no entry"

I am referring to a new Uncle Faouzi which opened in in Lynnwood Street, nearly next to Varsity bakery a few months ago.

This place has good food but has careless owners, who smoke on the premises and walk and serve one (during vivid 19) without masks.

During normal times they used to have vaper pipes and they would allow clients to smoke at tables

I was there about 4 days ago and the food is good, the owners don't seem to care too much about the Corona because they are the ones who walk around without masks!

The staff is well trained and well-protected but not the owners!

However they persist blatantly to break the non-smoking rules of this country
Their food is excellent but I hate to fight and I sit at the table with a guy next to me is smoking cigarettes.

I wish your customer service was as good as other businesses that surrounds you. Second time am disrespected. Good thing there is a new place next to aandklas. Revolting service I tell you. It's hard because I loved this place so much.
I hope you can fix this problem.

We ordered lamb and mince wraps n the mr delivery app. They put patties instead of the lamb n mince, they put too much onion n we specified we didn't want any. The food was bad.

They extremely irritating and repetitive music extremely loud that gives you headaches. Their food is not that great for the price you pay. I highly suggest rather going to the varsity bakery next door.

My experience was very disappointing. I ordered a schwarma and was given a wrap and when I asked they replied that their definition the of the schwarma was a wrap. There were no serviettes provided with the meal. I also witnessed the staff handling the food without gloves. In general, not a place I would order from again!

Not going back. Simple as that.
I'm sure some people like it and that's fine. It's just not for me. Staff is great, but place is pricey for no reason. Food, not so good.

I’ve always enjoyed their Extra hot wings because they were well done not burnt and were actually extra hot. Now they are slightly burnt and definitely not extra hot just bland if anything. This is the second time they disappoint from both stores.

This was the second time I have eaten here. The first time the burgers were full of meat and sauce. This time around the they were very shy with the meat and the sauce and almost over compensated with chips. Drove out of my way to get there. Won't be doing it again unfortunately. One of the cooks was also not wearing a mask.

The service and food are good and well priced. The disadvantage is that this place also sell vapour products and people smoke openly in the seating area. Not just vapour products but also normal cigarettes. This is most unpleasant and irritating for the non smokers This is in contravention ok the RSA legislation!

Poor value for money - ordered a wrap which was tiny, lacking sauce and any kind of flavour. Used to be great value a few years ago. Asked the teller to make it warm for me and she refuses say it’s “already warm. ”

How can u allow people to buy n hubbly at ur store n not allow them to use it there, it doesn't make sense

It’s busy, it’s vibey. I must say this place has the cool option of ordering a hubbly (packed for you) with your food. Or just as is

The seating area is very small and the customer service is average. They also limit the sauces they give you.

Uncle Faouzi food was delicious really enjoyed the swarma, service they could do better location is alright not bad cute lil place

They have relatively good tasting food. It's a Halaal establishment therefore no alcohol but they have hookah pipe that you can enioy while you wait or eat your meal. It's a decent place

Awesome Lebanese food be sure to try the half/quarter denounced chicken with their garlic sauce, mouth watering

Its a very nice fast food with good food burgers mainly. They also rent out hubbly aswell as selling them along with e cigarettes and vapes
