Dr JFL Kock's receptionist is the worst. I need to do a follow up by a doctor close to me but I need a referal from Dr Kock. She ignores my e-mails. Puts the phone down in my ear. When I keep phoning she aswers and doesn't say anything and just places the phone on the table. I am struggling and need this referal but she clearly does not care about my health. I have been trying to contact them for over a year and I am starting to feel really hopeless.
