I went to the clinic for the 1st time with my sick son and i was waiting for him in the waiting area when i saw he was one i reminded him about the letters then i knocked and the Nurse was very rude telling me she is not a sangoma if i was accompaning my son i was suppose to come inside with and i tol her that i didnt know and she carried on being rude and she do letters for people sitting outside and i explained to her that i was not even far just inside but not in the consultation room and i found it very uncomfortable that she can speak like that in front of my son and he is 19years old The Nurse was Seteni, can the manager speak to her about her behavior towars patients.

The staff is cery friendly and efficient, Cynthia is just an asset to the clini, she gives first class service to the patients

So disappointed with the clinic, I took my 4 day old baby for observation and the doctor didn't even touch him but bave enough to give me a return date, only to realize later on that my baby has jaundice

The service is so nice and they are very professional.
