My dog was sick, the doctor looked at her and in a few minutes he knew wat to do.
She needed an operation and is as good as always.
Would 100% recommend

This is by far the worst place to take Yorkies, the receptionist is unprofessional, then they hand over an account in which they never contacted you for a simple R228. The Yorkie passed away after the vet injected a full treatment of collum medicine in the Yorkie behind all at once. It that professional?

As per usual Dr Delport was brilliant with my two Gsd's. That's why I travel more than 100km to take them to him

We took our Labrador/ ridgeback cross to the vet for its annual vaccination and because he is scared to get out of the car, Dr Delport went to my car where Max was waiting for his injection.we and our doggies always have received only the best treatment from the receptionist and both Drs Delport and Botha.thank you.

The doctor is professional and knows what he is doing. Very sympathetic and gives you honest opinions about the status of your animal and what is best for the animal (s). In our case we unfortunately had to have our dog euthanized and he allowed us to say our last goodbyes and allowed us to stand by while he PTS. Would recommend them anytime.

Went to the vet on the 21 April 2022 with 4 three week old baby kittens. 2 Of them was not eating good and 3 of the kittens eyes was infected. 1 Baby was in a super good condition. Dr Delport checked them out and said they are actually strong but he will give meds for the eyes and running tummies. He injected all 4 of them with deworming and antibiotics. I left the vet at 5 pm. The first kitty died 5: 17 pm and the second one died 10 min after the first one. It wasn't even a full half an hour the 3rd one died. I was devistated. Just past 7 pm that night my healthiest baby died that wasn't even sick. Now tell me what happened? I phoned the Dr the next day and told him what happened. He said that the meds he injected he also give to birds. So i went to get a second opinion. They told me he overdosed the kitties. I paid R1079,50 for kitties that could've had a good life. I will never go back there again. Heard alot of stories from people after this incident. Rather go to Dr Norman in fochville. He is still the best. These Dr here is only here for the money. Not the care of animals.

I took my dog in on Saturday because she was not herself, did not want to eat, 1st I thought it was a childs toy she chewed up and that something was stuck. When the dr inspected her he could not find anything, he then did a parvo virus test and came back positive. I was heart broken because 80% of dog with parvo don't make it. Dr gave her injection and medicine and instructions how to help her. Sat with her 3days none stop and she pulled through. Thank you for all the advice and caring. Owners must remember, they can only do for our pets what they can. We are the one's to notice our babies are sick and not themselves. I recommend you to any animal owner, ALL OF YOU where caring. Thank you!

A rude and unprofessional receptionist. She doesn't value a life. Took my other dog on saturday on account. Today she refused me with a very sick dog. Shes so rude. She needs to be fired. Saw a lot more reviews on this woman. Why is she still there. If my dog dies this practice will be reported to the board. I value my dogs life the same as a human. She doesn't. She is a wicked person

My dog was admitted on Monday. I called everyday to speak to the doctor. Could not get a hold of him once. Was there twice a day, still could not see him to give feedback on dog's recovery. By Thursday another doctor, that had no clue what her progress was, spoke to us. He also did not even listen to what our concern or feeling was regarding our dogs mental well being. Or that by now they still could not tell us that their treatment has made our dog better, more than what we could've done at home.
So today finally her doctor calls arrogantly tells me i must come fetch my dog, he is busy and cannot listen to me. Such poor taste! Will never take any of my animals here again.

The service clearly is exceptional saw how patients and their owners were lining up an beig quickly attended to.went there to conduct a survey for pet health care it was very busy but Marlene was very friendly and helpful.impressed truly.

Dr Delport is a true lover of animals and a fantasttic vet the staff that help in at the back are super nice and helpful the reception ladies are awesome

Been going there for years.always professional and at the same time like an old friend or family, always a pleasure!

The Vet is absolutely great, his admin/ reception lady however is the most sour, unfriendly and unhelpful peraon ive met in a while

Being the oldest vetenary clinic in VDBP, it has many customers and you may find having to wait a while to be served.

Ek is by die veearts al vir 20 jaar en was nog nooit teleurgestel of ongelukkig.

Worst Place To Even Be Called A Vet!
The receptionist is rude. Just upon entering, I filled in the form and when she saw that I wasn't employed she said I won't be able to afford a consultation.
Got ignored while my dog's heartbeat was going out of control and it was losing strength. (At the door they said they'll give my dog priority because it was critical). The dog was poisoned and when I told them they all said "No, it's not pisoned" The receptionist said it's not pisoned (she just said that without checking anything). The doctor's assistant did exactly the same thing when I got inside.
They took their time (about 20min waiting for someone), after they said it will be priority case.
The people there have no compassion towards pets, and they don't even show concern.
My dog died. I paid a lot of money for nothing. They just gave him a sedative and said I should hope he survives. Nothing to treat the poison.
