7Lady assisting with the orders very friendly and joyful. Nice setting and located well to support the office community and general commuters. Lots of plug points to charge your electronics while you are there. Decent amount of seating options as well. Conveniently located on the ground floor
Caffe Mocha tasted like water, no coffee or chocolate flavour. They added a coffee shot to make it stronger but it was still a very bad drink. Other Vidas are much better. The staff are friendly and helpful here. I always enjoy the Vida Caprese sandwich. It's a pity there's no management at this store. Note the reviews, no owner responses or feedback.
Great service coupled with delicious coffee and cake. I’d recommend the louts biscoff latte and chocolate cake.
Waiter cleared the table next to mine but literally saw my table full of dirt and ignored it. Disappointed to say the least.
I bought a cappuccino and it tasted like normal coffee with milk. Their coffee used to taste way better a few years ago. I have tasted their coffees from other outlets and they’re consistent, but the Sandton City outlet is lame!
A few days ago, my colleague and I bought toasted Chicken Mayo and to our surprise when getting back to the office, we saw the snack size toastie for R55! This is absolutely ridiculous. The sad part is, we often go to Vida and they usually have quite bigger size toasties, so this was a complete disappointment. Today, I went and ordered a toastie again, but the staff is sitting and having a meeting while customers are waiting for service, I mean, surely you can see the customer is waiting? I will much rather go to a place that has better service and doesn't rip you off!
