VIDA e CAFFE - ROSEBANK,
1. CHICKEN MAYO ABSOLUTELY DRY NO CHICKEN OR MAYO ON IT WAS DRIED OUT WEEK OLD BREAD ROLL
2. ICE COLD CHAI LATTE,
3. DRIED BACON AND EGG CROISSANT.
4. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY SPEND R250 AND THAT IS WHAT YOU GET?
WILL NEVER SUPPORT AGAIN!
DISGUSTED WITH THEM
Visited for brunch and ordered spicy chicken toasties. We previously enjoyed it at different Vida’s and were never dissapointed. The sandwiches were extremely dry and rock hard. One of the sandwiches was burnt. We handed the sandwhich back to the waitress and said it was unacceptable. She apologized and said she’s sorry she thinks it was because they didn’t use butter. She informed us that the store had NO BUTTER FOR ONE WEEK and that the manager was aware of this. We called the manager and the manager said it was because they never got their delivery. This is unacceptable for a franchise, why serve something if you don’t have the ingredients? We watched the staff catch flack from other customers for the same problem. Extremely disappointing and very badly managed!
Tried to come here (standard bank branch, the only vida e in rosebank) to get a coffee, but instead had a 10 minute argument with me guard to let me into the building, who was telling me that it's private property. What good is a coffee shop that you cannot get access to? !
