Staff refused me more times than I could count even from 23: 00 ho ever owns the place your paying people to sleep can I have a job.
Please close the shop if your not letting people play and save your money on wages because the staff are always sleeping
We visit quite often and always enjoyed the visit. Unfortunately a drunk and loud person came to spoil our evening two times in a row. We had to ask the staff to ask the person to behave and stop harrassing and annoying everyone. Needless to say that we left. If this happens again we will not goo back

I have been gambling there for more than year now. Because I told the security guard (Charles) that he is not doing his job properly because he allowed a 15 year old girl to go inside and gamble, I got banned. How can this be allowed.
