4 Absolutely a pleasure working with this company. Very professional, reliable and affordable. Everything was explained in layman's terms before anything was done. Desmond and his team know what they doing.
I am always sceptical of plumbers but their workmanship was incredible. Will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.
Burst Geyser pipe.
Just a friendly warning to not deal with Desmond at this entity as he is unprofessional, lacks communication skills and shouts at paying and loyal customers when they call him.
I today logged another call with this entity as we had a problem with a burst pipe on Sunday past. Roger the owner (Dad) promised that we would be sorted on the day, only to discover that when Desmond called a few minutes later wherein he informed me that they will NOT be coming out. We can wait until Monday!
This being said, we had to go without water the entire day, which means
no toilet facilities, no tap water, no shower or bath facilities.
I work from home and see patients, and had to cancel my patients for the day because Desmond did not see it urgent enough to attend to a burst geyser pipe. This then as is obvious lead to loss of income for the day as I had to cancel all my paying patients for obvious reasons.
I have been a loyal and paying client of theirs for over 7 years, and only use them. They used to come out on Saturdays and Sundays Pre-Covid.
Now they (Desmond) don't feel it necessary to attend to calls after working hours as they only operate from Monday - Friday (if they have time).
My call was ended very briefly and abruptly by Desmond when he kept on interrupting me to such a point where he dropped the call on me.
Be extremely cautious of his unprofessional behaviour and his emotional outbursts, and rather liaise (if you have to) with the lady in the office or his dad Roger, as they have integrity and know how to deal with clients.
Even the driver (Rouche) has a far better customer service relationship than that of Desmond.
I reported a burst pipe after working hours. They kindly popped in to help me switch off the water and quote. The following day my problem was sorted.
Great doing business came in time wonderful customer service told us our switch was under warranty we had to make him take something for his time which doesn’t happen in business these days 2021 someone telling you owe nothing for a product under warranty. It’s a hard time with Covid-19 and these guys are great had them before will continue to use them in future.
