Wild Falcon Spur Steak Ranch

Such poor service upon arrival at Spur Heathway Center today. We walked into the store around 8: 15pm staff members stood around the entry way, none greeted or uttered a single word. After I asked can we please have a table a waiter responded with an immediate "no". The excuse was there is load shedding and the food will take too long. We then asked when will the lights come back on, they responded by saying, 'they don't know maybe 10 o clock", however the schedule showed 8: 30.

This is the best spur ever in terms of food. Absolutely delicious steak! Hats off to the chefs. The atmosphere is wonderful. The only problem that we had the last two times that we went was with the waiters. We tipped them well but they made really sour faces as if they were expecting more money and they suddenly turned rude towards us. Overall a wonderful experience

Large establishment with a huge outside area ideal for the summer nights. Service was good, staff friendly.

Also a nice place to eat at, the food is delicious and the service. A nice place to have kids parties at.

Large play outdoor play area and a nice indoor one great place to take the kids for breakfast l. You can never go wrong with s spur. The foods is OK there

Glad they have added more tables outside.

Waiter staff just need to be more present to those tables.

But GREAT kids area.
Not sure if it was just my experience on a Sunday but was told they are Muslim so no alcohol is served

I gotta tell you: I love Spur, but I LOVE Wild Falcon Spur! It's been tough during lockdown trying to entertain our kids and their kiddies play area is just incredible! Indoors or outdoors, the little ones are bound to have the time of their lives.

The food is splendid, but that is the standard of quality you can expect at any Spur, anywhere.

The service was incredible. Friendly staff and super helpful.

The facilities are top-notch. Clean bathrooms and a smoking room with perfect ventalation.

All-in-all I would recommend Wild Falcon Spur to anyone, at anytime, and always. Bravo Wild Falcon. Bravo.

Very relaxed area I recommend this place when you want to unwind. I felt comfortable as it was not too full but rather intimate. And the waiters there are the best. Fest service and friendly smiles.

The breakfast was very oily, my latte had oil in it, it wasn't the first time that I had breakfast in this outlet and other experiences were amazing except for the recent visit they have definitely dropped the ball.

Great staff, clean toilets. Big area for kids to play. Very secure, kids even get safety tags attached to them.

Worst experience, incompetent waitress I forgot her name, I ordered malva pudding, she gave me something I didnt want she offered to change my dessert only to give a muffin that was from someone else plate, I got sick afterwards looked like food poisoning, the inside eating area doesn't smell hygienic

Nice place for a Sunday lunch with the family when not too busy, everyone easily kept entertained

I had my daughter’s 8years birthday party here last weekend and I have to say that every child and parent who came with us was happy, the manager was friendly and went an extra mile so did our waiter, I didn’t have to stress about putting up the balloons because they took care of it and the manager brought the kids a bucket of water as they were also painting, great food, friendly staff, big play area and great atmosphere. Thank you guys

The manager Falcon is very nice and freindly, but his staff member who was serving us was very very slow, i would understand if it was busy but it wasnt, when ever we ask him for anything we would have to wait as if the venue was packed to capacity, half the time we went getting things our selves.and when he saw us doing that only then would he action our request.

Service is extremely slow. Tables outside not spaced far enough apart. Food is ridiculously expensive for what you get. They charge R22 for a spoonful of sauce.

Food is great, has a romantic ambience, staff are cheerful, kids playground is fabulous with facepainting as a treat.
